My last west coast trip spoiled me, and I'm on a quest to find amazing coffee near me (open to recommendations), so I'm trying new coffee places as much as I can. Busy Bee is inside a gas station, and has very good coffee. I had a caramel macchiato and it was a solid 7.5/10 (my coffee rating scale is as arbitrary as myself). There's also a generous collection of food offerings - I tried something similar to a deviled sausage (I didn't get its name) and it was delicious.

I'm impressed. These guys open up at 4 AM and I walked in around 8ish and they were busy as a bee.Ha ha. I heard about this place last year, but never had a chance to stop in until now. And you would never know it's there. It's a building behind the gas station, though it does say coffee shop on the sign. The food is freshly baked on premises. I had a bacon, egg and cheese sandwich on a Brazilian roll....fantastic $6.50. Coffee 12oz $1.67. The place welcomed me as soon as I walked in. The owner/manager helped me decide on breakfast, lunch or dessert. Nice PR. The ambiance is a very friendly atmosphere. I ate my delicious sandwich there at a large table. The freshly baked desserts looked very tempting.

Don’t worry about the gas station vibe. It’s a surprising gem with delicious baked goods. Kind service too!
Don't let the gas station/convenience store exterior fool you, this is an amazing coffee spot. Their roasted coffee beans are deliciously brewed and their authentic Brazilian food is fantastic. Super friendly service. I definitely recommend this hidden gem when you're in the Long Branch area.Vegetarian options: Cheese empanadas, Brazilian cheese bread (pão de queijo), and pastries

Hidden but surprising place for Brazilian flavor lovers. A place full of Brazilian delicacies and surrounded by gadgets that remind us of our childhood on the farm. Not to mention the hospitality of the owners and staff. I became a fan and highly recommend.

Best kept secret! Usually wouldn't go to gas station for food... but it's the best and freshest empanadas and brazilian pastries

Great place! They roast their own coffee. The assorted breakfast sandwiches and pastries are all made in house and are delicious. Just check the line of vans out front at 7 am. This place is truly iconic and unique.
