SKIP THIS DUNKIN!! I came through the drive thru 3/15 and the “women” taking my order was rude and didn’t let me finish taking my order. I tried to add on at the window and the lady said it was against policy..?! What?! I came inside and the same “Women” was bossing around everyone acting like she owns the place.. A shame this is one of the closer dunkins, id skip this one if i were you.

Skip this Dunkin if you can. Poor quality service. Asked for a toasted bagel that was barely warmed up. So then I asked for one actually toasted. Only to get a charred black bagel in turn. Not great and I won't be coming back here again.

I order 2 pancakes sausage egg cheese wake up wraps and the guy puts that in on the screen and I get to the window and the guy hands me my food. I drive off to the side check my food, and there are 2 regular wake up wraps, I didn’t order that so I went back inside. And complaint told them this isn’t what I order and they said that’s what I said through the drive thru. And I told them I know what I said lol. And then they said we don’t have pancakes. So I said so let me get my money back, there response was the manager is here.. so I just left. The drive thru was like a 20 minute way which was wild. And when I went inside it was about a 10 minute wait…

There’s this one male employee that has a disgusting attitude thinking he owns the place and telling people to leave and never come back when he made the mistake of not taking the order correctly. It’s 6am and he’s here yelling. I saw him yelling at another employee too snd it’s just unprofessional
This is a terribly run DD and it's been going downhill for as long as I can remember. It's a shame because it's in a good location before I set out on the main highways, but I find myself going to the one on Hope Rd. Not good either, but doable. The kids employed at the W. LB location are horrible. There is one kid who is tall and just gives a mean stare at customers in the drive thru. He has no customer service skills at all. I think his name starts with an M, but can't recall at the moment. When I requested to speak to a supervisor, I didn't realize the man I talked to was him and appeared just as careless and uninterested like his staff. Don't bother stopping here and just choose a different location. They're not going to change their act. There is no respect for the store, for each other and their customers.

How can corporate and management allow workers to BEHAVE like this? I came in around 7:00 AM And i walked into pure screaming and terror. This man was screaming and cursing all around the store and i was TERRIFIED. The workers in the front were all scared and didn’t know what to do. What kind of store is this??? This isn’t the first time that this has happened i am pretty sure..

Terrible service in here. The store is not busy at all. Empty parking lot and the drive through is only one car ahead of us. The guy (gray hair) didn’t answer on the IVR and by the time we drove to the window, it took forever for the card ahead of us to get their order and the guy was very rude responding to us and didn’t have us an order. I wish you hire better people next time!
