Since the new owner took over a few years ago the place has been solid. I’m there often!

Food isn’t bad but they never answer the phone and online orders are never accepted. I’m starting to think it’s lazy employees who don’t want to take more orders. It’s also expensive. But what isn’t anymore.

It depends how busy and who's working but generally it's a good bagel and breakfast sandwich. Better to order ahead and pick up.

Ordered the buttermilk chicken sandwich, burger, and everything bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was nice and soft. You can definitely tell it was freshly made and not store bought. The buttermilk chicken sandwich was great. Chicken was crispy and the sandwich was very filling and good amount of tomato and lettuce. The burger looked sad to me.

Cute bagel shop. Very Jersey Shore. Great selection of food. Nice place to hang out.

I love their food but every time I come in and order a turkey bacon, egg and avocado on a bagel they put cheese and SPK and I didn’t ask for it, it’s about the third time now this has happened! Idk why it’s hard to read an order online and still mess it up, it’s so ridiculous!

The place has a fun decor and decently varied menu but the staff is just out to lunch when it comes to listening when you order. I have really tried to like Joe's but every single time I order a basic breakfast sandwich the staff either serve fried egg when I asked for scrambled or American cheese when I asked for cheddar. I will send the sandwich back to be remade the way I ordered it and they still remake it wrong. If accuracy and attention to detail matter to you then go to Grossman's Deli or What About a Bagel where the owners and staff always listen and get your order right the first time every time.

I ordered a grilled roast beer sandwich. I watched the cook who had one glove on, wipe his nose with his bare hand, then with the same hand grab my roast beef and throw it on the grill. I politely went to the cashier and asked her to cancel my order, and she had to get the manager because she had to refund my credit card. The manager asked why the change of heart, and I just said I was not hungry anymore. She said really what was the problem so I told her and she said the state of New Jersey only requires one glove, and since the Cook is right in front of you instead of in the back, things are more under a microscope. So I asked you are condoning this? She said no, I’m just saying things happen……no thanks, you will never see me there again.

The food was amazing! Service was even better. This lady named Yeslia was absolutely wonderful, she helped me out with everything. While i was enjoying my food I saw her running around doing everything, decorating the place, bringing some food out, and cleaning the windows. THAT WOMAN NEEDS A RAISE!!!!

Got to Joes at 1:30 Sunday 10/22 for a hot sandwich only to be told the grill was closed. If you’re open until 2:00 then there should be no restrictions on what type of meal I can purchase. If the grill is closed at 1:30 then you should shut the doors and close at 1:30. Very disappointed/frustrated and probably won’t go back.
