To start off I will never be returning here. I had okay experiences here before but this time was really the straw that broke the camels back. It was Valentine’s Day and I went out with a friend, it was busy when we got there and we asked how long it would be for 2, the woman at the front frantically yelled at us to sit down without a wait time. After about 35 minutes of sitting we got sat, we didn’t get approached by a waitress for an hour, and we didn’t get asked what we wanted to eat for another half hour. By the time we ordered apps and and entrees the restaurant had cleared out yet it still took over an hour to receive apps. Absolutely ridiculous and the staff didn’t even seem to care, purposely ignoring any requests and giving us the cold shoulder.

2017, Wonderful service, food! A new favorite!2024, update. The 'all you can eat' is a circus and very stressful. You get there and begin the long wait for a waiter. The sashimi is very tiny. Order 4 of any. Anything cooked comes out an hour after sushi. No longer a favorite. Sad.

Everything was great until the check came. I gave the waitress $10 tip from the all you can eat for 3 people. She came back to me basically saying it wasn’t enough. She said I was suppose to leave at least %18 tip. She also said if I didn’t leave at least %18 the boss would think the service was bad. I always tip everywhere I get served(waitress, barber, nail salon etc. Never have I ever had someone ask for more. Just my opinion, but I think it’s very unprofessional. Everything else was excellent btw.

Was excited to learn that Mizu brought back their all you can eat sushi menu! Recently tried with a friend and everything was fresh and outstanding. Not only that, but our server was phenomenal - always checking in, taking away the dirty plates, and making sure our drinks were always refilled. The restaurant is clean and has a very nice atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!!!!

I dined here twice in the last week, once for dinner and then for lunch . We had the all you can eat and was extremely satisfied. Sushi was fresh, great presentation and most important, delicious ! The menu had plenty of choices for everyone. I don’t know what several of the recent “Karen “ reviews are talking about. Our service was impeccable. The waitress was in constant attendance, refilling our drinks and taking away our dirty plates. The manager at the front was also cordial. Yes , there is a bit of a wait when ordering more food , but this isn’t a buffet or grocery store sushi ! Everything is made to order. Several reviews also mentioned cleanliness issues ? The restaurant has a great atmosphere and is spotless. The bathrooms were also clean and well maintained. We will be regulars here for sure, keep up the great work !!

Mizu 36 serves Asian fusion cuisine but mainly Japanese. I really enjoy their shrimp wonton soup. Their sushi and rolls are tasty and hit the spot. They offer Al a carte dining or a all you can eat menu. The staff are always nice and attentive.

Horrible place! All you can eat with no mention of the sign on the table that charges $1.50 per piece of sushi ? left on the plate. $20 per person for a bowl of McDonalds fries ? and 1/2 inch long spring rolls. The frozen “fried scallops” came in a dishof three and were the size of quarters. Best thing on the menu was the edamame! After everything the total wasn’t even worth what we ordered! No selection to chose from you have to order from a menu! “I think I’ve just been had!” ? Sir/Ma’am do yourselves a favor and go to IZU!Never again!

The older woman at the front desk who runs the place is extremely rude ignorant & Very disrespectful… I had the all you can eat during lunch and I had 2 problems. The first problem was very foul, repulsive smelling shrimp... life lesson, smell things before you eat them lol.. I ended up throwing up a few hours later which I believe was from the shrimp.. Second was after I sent back the shrimp I ordered the shrimp lo mein thinking they wouldn’t serve me bad shrimp twice.. Welp.. I found a piece of metal in my shrimp lo mein that I actually bit into after I ate almost the whole dish ? Yes the shrimp Lo mein was good.. So I let my waitress know about the metal and also took a picture of it. No apologies were given and i received a bill with no discount.. After being served bad shrimp and having metal in my Lo Mein I felt like I deserved at least half of the bill compensated if not the whole thing considering I was a regular customer. So I approached the man I believed to be the Owner/manager, he said “I’ll take $10 off” after a brief exchange and letting them know i was a long term frequent customer he got upset threw his hands up and said I’ll take your meal off.. then the woman, who I assumed was either his wife got extremely upset slammed the table and started speaking in her native tongue obviously upset over the extra discount.. After that we had an exchange of words and she was extremely rude and unprofessional. So we then had another exchange of words this time I had a few “choice words” and then she threatened to call the cops on me after I called her a “female dog” and a terrible business owner with terrible customer service. Overall the foods not bad but they don’t care if they serve you spoiled food or metal and get mad at you for holding them accountable.. Then want to get mad at you for their mistakes… I believe they own Ming Ying in long branch too.. I highly advise against being a customer at any of their establishments.. very rude people who do not care about the customer… They basically poisoned me twice and didn’t care.. First spoiled food and then metal in it.. Makes you wonder how clean they actually are in there. Someone should call a health inspector..
