Had an absolutely terrifying experience! Usually come to this location very frequently, food is always on par and timing is efficient. However, my latest experience was an absolute nightmare. Went through drive thru and ordered my food and drinks , received it shortly after. Left and proceeded to go home. Not even 5 minutes into my drive, I start to notice error messages coming up on my vehicle, I continue Home less than a mile down the road where I am greeted with Pepsi saturating my entire middle console of my vehicle where my gear selector and infotainment controls are housed. The drink remained untouched in my cup holder the entire ride. The top to my drink wasn’t placed on properly by the staff and leaked all over. In short, the entire console shorted out and my vehicle had to be towed to BMW where repairs will cost upwards of $3-4k. Taco Bell management quickly swept their hands free of any liability, saying once it leaves the drive thru window it is no longer their property. CCTV video that was used to analyze the encounter and determine they weren’t liable, of course could not be released to me for my own viewing. I was offered $20 in compensation in addition to my original payment refunded. An admission of guilt but short of liability in my humble opinion. I am extremely upset about the entire situation. I just want my vehicle repaired. I’ve patronized countless other fast food drive thru establishments (F.E: Chic-Fa-La, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, ETC) where I’ve never encountered such issues. It all boils down to lack of training and solicitude. No accountability for employees actions whatsoever, from the top, down, I’ve witnessed nothing but absolute carelessness thus far. Thank you Taco Bell. Sad to say, I love taco bell but won’t be back after I’ve witnessed first hand how you treat your paying customers.

I used the taco pass for a drive-through mobile order. I waited 3 minutes at the window for my food. The meat was cold and it had cheese when I asked for none.Vegetarian options: Potato taco, rice and beans, fries, etc.Parking: An abundance

worst fast food restaurant I've ever been too , disgusting on the inside. never clean it and will not accept any debit or credit ever. but won't tell you till you get to the register if you go through the drive-thru. never coming to this one again, I would not trust their food based off the lack of cleanliness

I understand it's Saturday and drive thru was busy when I pulled up. But it took me 50 minutes, no exaggeration, to speak with someone about my order of just a cheese quesadilla, no additional or substitute toppings. And about 1 minute later to recieve my order. In the time I waited, I saw an employee take a break and return to work, and about 6 people who ordered after me to also dine in, received their orders of multiple items. I lapped the store a few times and used the bathroom while waiting. I can only hope I was an isolated incident and that this isn't the norm. I'll visit other Taco Bell locations next time I'm in the general area.

Out of 4 trips, never recieved napkins or sauce from drivethrough even when we asked several times. Twice ordered vegetarian options that came out with meat in them. Food is fine, but service is not.Vegetarian options: We've had difficulty at this store with ordered vegetarian options containing meat.

As a restaurant manager I’m often working late and Taco Bell is my savior when I want something different than my restaurants food. Every time I go I’m always delighted to see Tim and his taco hat! I only go through the drive thru and he still made such a good impression from our brief interactions. He always has a smile on his face even when it’s super late. I know how it feels to have good people on your team and let me tell you he is an excellent representation of the brand!

Love the new change I'm glad they knocked the old want down, ? not for nothing but I like the New changes new employees because the old employees will not take care of you ASAP, they will leave you standing in front of the counter for 20 minutes and you will have to say like excuse me hello is there anybody here they would be chit-chatting in the driveway with the rest? having a cool time that was very rude and I hate it going to that one so much but it was close to my area 10- minutes away . I WENT BACK TO SEE how it would go love to change inside love the employees the minute you walk in to take care of you it was outstanding to help me out with my tacos with beans lettuce tomatoes know me it was outstanding love it love the employees Amen to that ??

Our Taco Bell got a new look after almost 30 years. I remember when this place opened, so many memories and the food is still fantastic!

I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s - but this one takes the cake for consistent quality, fresh ingredients, and great service. I have never caught them slacking on any of our orders - the shells are always fresh, not stale. Never had our orders get made incorrectly either (we swap the meat out for beans).
