We had a truly wonderful experience here. The staff at the host stand were so friendly and engaging. We were seated immediately and greeted by our server, Julianna, who was an absolute rock star. The place is so warm and inviting with the giant fireplace and decor. The atmosphere is great here. All that and then the food being so delicious and the service being so stellar makes for a great night out. Do yourselves a favor and make a reservation here ASAP!
I was pleasantly surprised with my entire experience. Along with a nice ambience and great service, the food was very good and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the angry lobster and scallops for appetizer and then followed it with a great Berkshire pork chop with sweet potatoes and jalapeño cornbread. I plan on revisiting this restaurant and would highly recommend trying it out. If you want a great waiter ask for Cory.

We had a group of 10 - called for reservations and was told no, booked on opentable with ease. Weird! Anyway - the food was OK. Servers seemed overwhelmed, but they were super sweet. They were doing their best, despite kept forgetting things like our glasses of wine or salt/pepper etc. For the prices, I’d except a more elevated service level.The halibut was raved about from waitress upon ordering - tasted incredibly bland. For a regular whitefish dish, all good! Just no need to rave about it. Truly nothing special, it’s just a standard bland whitefish dish, as most are.Anyway, I wouldn’t return but my parents like it so I’ll be forced to come back - so hopefully you guys can fix some stuff for the next time I’m there.

Great Menu, food was delicious, great service. You can tell they are trying hard to please, and stand out... with many good restaurants at the Jersey Shore. Love the light up menus! Scallops were perfect and I love that you can add extra scallops to any meal. I just added 2 more to my scallops order because I was hungry and they are so good here. Salads were also great and unique cocktails. They should add a couple more premium wines by the glass, but they have one red I like so I always get that. Nice Bar. Was much quieter (less busy) this Friday night than last time I went. I hope it does ok. Try this restaurant.

This restaurant has continued to get better. The steak which we shared, was amazing and worth every penny. They pre-sliced it, so it was easy for us and done perfectly. We also each had an appetizer. Definitely will be back!!

My ratings on the food and atmosphere were all 5 stars, there’s no need to indulge further, it was excellent! However, the service has issues. If I ordered a cocktail at the start and the waiter hasn’t checked back by the time my food arrives is odd. When the table is desiring glasses of wine to accompany their delicious meals, I should not have to pause eating and let my food get cold to get up and spend time inquiring about my waiter’s whereabouts. He ended up being completely absent.Furthermore I should not be met with passive aggressive behavior from the fill-in/substitute waiter, who just made assumptions and brought the previous drinks without checking first. The whole service experience ruined the meal. What irks me more is the blatant passive aggressive behavior, just because I had to inquire about getting drinks to pair with our food. It was unwarranted and frankly immature behavior from the waitstaff.

This was our first time at The Squire. The restaurant is breathtaking. Beautiful ambiance and amazingly attentive service. The food was excellent and beautifully prepared. The service staff way above average, friendly, knowledgeable and even took our picture. We will be back!!

Our first time since it was Suites Pub back in the day. We were able to hold a conversation and enjoy our meal.. the girl who comes around to take the dirty dishes needs to cool it off some.. we felt interrupt during our conversations way too many times asking if we are done yet .. that was extremely annoying

My first experience at the Squires did not disappoint. The service… atmosphere and best pork chop at the Jersey Shore!!! An experience you must have when you visit Monmouth County…. EXCELLENT!!!
Had a wonderful night again. Table of 8. Service by Heather and staff was amazing. Everything was served with perfect timing, and there was never an empty glass. Food was as always delicious.

Had an excellent dinner, 5 of us. Our waiter Cory provided exceptional service, he had a great energy and knowledge of the menu and specials to provide the perfect recommendations when asked. The ambience was perfect, quiet enough to be able to hold a conversation across the table but not so quiet as to hear the table next to us. The food was fantastic all around. Chicken Parm, salmon, veal and the crab cake special all got great reviews from us. The crème brûlée was out of this world.

The dining room is so pretty with a huge fireplace and pretty decor. All ruined by the proximity to the bar and its many many MASSIVE televisions. Is this a romantic special venue or a sports bar????? Too bad. Because the service was outstanding and attentive and friendly and the food very good. Won't come back with my husband for date night— nascar didn't make for a special evening !!!
Where do I even begin? It was our first time here and it was great! Started with light-up menus - like WHAT! It was NUTS! Great selection of wines and cocktails, calamari was awesome, and for dinner: the pork chop was incredible as was the halibut and risotto - 11/10
