Just had a great meal at Country Cottage. Steamed clams were done to perfection with a broth that begged to be eaten with the fresh crusty bread brought to our table. The lamb chops came out medium rare as requested and the eggplant rollatini was served on a bed of fresh spinach with mushrooms and garlic since I had opted not to have pasta. Our waitress was very attentive and provided great service. I was concerned about noise level since the bar had been expanded but it was not an issue at all. My husband and I were able to enjoy our dinners and conversation.

Update: After a huge investment in renovation, they are re-open! Check out the HUGE new bar, outside deck, and 2nd parking lot behind the restaurant. Same amazing food, same suppliers, same recopies, same friendly staff.Feels like a traditional British pub in West Milford. Great diversity of food/amazing specials - and a great "core" menu. The quality of their meats is amazing, and they have the tenderest steak sandwich I have ever had! Worth the trip, just for their Seafood Bisque. If they have it as a special, I'M THERE!

10/10 service and everything else to boot. Truly a cozy clean place to enjoy any meal they offer. Everytime we go, we are always greeted with warmth and prompt servers. The food is always immaculate. You feel like you’re always in a family members dining room when you eat here. Must go. Must enjoy.

This was our first time here and we absolutely loved it! The server was kind and funny and very attentive! The food was absolutely spectacular. Fresh crunchy veggies, amazing sauces and mouth watering steak and shrimp. The risotto balls were unreal, the sauce that come with them was just scrumptious! The restaurant is so cute and cozy too! Felt like home!
