If I can leave no stars I would I came at 9:30 and the girls already started turning off the lights when clearly it says it closes at 10 pm I don’t understand why she ignored me and didn’t reply when I asked if she is closing she just turned off the lights and closes the door. I don’t recommend coming to this place rude customer service

I usually come here in the morning and so far the food and drinks seem well. But I went around 5:30pm and ordered a cold caramel machiatto. I took a sip of my drink and was going to share some with my boyfriend and I realized there was a strand of hair. I thought it was mine, but when I started to remove it, I was only touching the outside of the plastic cup. Thats when I realized it was INSIDE the drink. I went back and they gave me my money back. so i had ordered 2 orders of 4 bagel minis plain. they gave me 1 order of 4 bagel minis not plain. i told them about the mistake they did and the dumb cashier still charged me for it even though i had already paid for the bagel minis before. then they gave me 2 orders of 2 bagel minis plain. i asked them for a refund and they looked like i told them rocket science so i said nevermind. im never coming here again these people are clinically retarded.
