It is a horrible place. Waiters are busy speaking on their phones, and they don't pay attention to customers. I must admit, though, the food is good. The whole staff must be changed for the owner to keep things rolling. My advise order to pick up on the phone.

This is my go to Latin food. I love everything, especially robo guisao. I recommend it. The location is small, however I find that those wall in the hole, how I call restaurants are the best. Pop and Mom joints

Customer service this morning was extremely disappointing. Sadly I do not recommend this place to anyone.An update: I reconsider going back, as everyone deserves a second chance, or so I thought. Sadly, to my surprise, on a separate occasion, the service lacked the personally and hospitality needed to make the encounter pleasant.

So on 3/30/20 I ordered a few breakfasts for my family which the charge was $19.99. I paid with my debit card signed the receipt and I didn't leave a tip because there was literally nobody in the restaurant so the lady just took my order and really didn't do much the cook did it all! So I go and I check my account online as I always do because you can't trust nobody these days and low and behold I was charged $24.99!!! Why was my card charges $5 more! This never happens there and now all of a sudden a lady I never seen before in my eyes is a damn thief and I'll never go there again!!!

I went there and I paid with my Debit card my total was $26.66 on the receipt. I didn't enter anything on the tip or total section I just signed the receipt come to see they charge me $31.66.that mean they added $5 to the tip. And I tip her cash Not good. Very disappoint.

I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheeses from here and the lady claimed I couldnt get 2 snapple drinks since I've done it with 55th st all the time. This is not even the worst part. The bacon egg and cheese I ordered gave me the worst food poisoning within 3 mins of finishing my meal. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.
