So I've been living across from this restaurant for almost three decades and I'll be honest that I have eaten there maybe a handful of times due to the lousy food and extremely high prices. I have known many people who have worked in this area during the overnight shift that used to go there for their break all the time. Of course they no longer go there because of the prices. So this evening I went in there to buy three cans of soda and a small flan.... The total price was $17... Yes, you read that absolutely correctly. Three cans of Coca-Cola, 12 oz, and a small flan set me back $17. Even the person working behind the counter apologized and told me that she was sorry about not warning me on the prices. It was already rung up and I felt bad for her and paid it anyway. It was my own fault because I didn't want to walk a few blocks to 7-Eleven. I don't know where they get their good reviews from but it's time we put places like this on notice. Over the years I've noticed this place is never full of people. You barely see anyone in there no matter what time it is. Yet they maintain their business open 24 hours per day 7 days per week. How do they pay their bills when they have little foot traffic?... By charging you $17 for three cans of soda and a flan. Please don't support places like this. This is not excessive, it's abusive. There are a few places in this area that attempted, over the years, to charge ridiculous prices but due to the feedback on Google from folks like you and I we have been able to curtail their abuses and some places have even gone out of business. Not even in the city of New York will you pay $17 for three cans of soda. So please folks, we all work hard for our money. Don't allow places like this to steal it from you because at the end of the day that's exactly what it is, theft

I completely do not recommend it if you are going to book an event here with themThey offer a event roomIn the contract, she herself (the owner) sad said that I did not have to pay for the children’s seats since they were under three years old and they weren’t going to eat. There was no point of buying them a meal plan because all they ate was their own little food.When she found out, it was mostly going to be more kids than adults. Then she refused to give me the seats because she said that I had to pay per seat, not per plate, which was not what she said in the original contract.Honestly, only because I left a deposit already. If not, I would have definitely canceled on her. I extremely do not recommend this place. please keep away from it as best as you can.

Worst worst service ever!! Very pricey! 2 steak sandwich and 2 modelos! My check came 70$ for that very disappointing!!! Not happy with their service! Food took long and me and my friend were the only ones in the restaurant worst experience ever hate it hate it hate it BIG TIME !! I will never go back there ! So unsatisfied!!

I went there and got some buttered ? and a coffee ☕. The server didn't give me any napkins ..and I was horrified when I went downstairs to use the bathroom. I couldn't find the Women's Restroom light ?, so I had to use the Men's Restroom ?. Plus, it was very cold down there.
The late hours make this an excellent stop for good cuban food. Friendly service is appreciated. Parking is a nightmare

This place will rob you for your money! I went there to have a simple little breakfast with my six-year-old some eggs fries and three strips of bacon. My six-year-old one of them scrambled and I had them over easy. They literally charged me $13 for the scrambled and 16 for the over easy! I spent $33.00 on a breakfast that should have been no more then $18-$25 total! My mistake for not asking for the menu! Never Again!!

A thousand stars for this place! Amazing owner and staff! They are so welcoming and friendly! Had our Wedding Reception here! Food and service was amazing, they took care of everything. They made our day so special. Highly recommend them for a special event and also for their restaurant, food and drinks are always so delicious!

Nice place, excellent food, but last night a new girl was my server, she was arrogant and had a nasty attitude. Bad service on her part, i believe her name was Jaylin, I know she’s new. Will be returning.. but definitely not with her.
