The worst customer service ever. I waited for them to take my order for 30minutes. It wasn’t busy at all . They just didn’t wanna do their work. But I did notice they have a preference with males. I don’t recommend this place at all. The food is also discussing. They should hire new employees.

I came to eat with my family, the space is just too small and tight. Everyone is constantly saying excuse me to get by, or bumping into a table, same for the servers who really aren't that trained to do their job.They forget certain items , drinks and food. The food is really mediocre and nothing special.Tip is already included into the final bill, so that explains why they suck at their job.Never coming back here let alone eating Noches again. Huge disappointment.

Deceptive pricing - everything was $1-2 higher on the receipt than on the menu. There is a 4% credit card fee, and a 15% gratuity is automatically applied. Other than that, the service was good and the food was generous servings and flavorful.

If I can give this store a 0 star for customer service I would, this noches is right up the corner from my house, I come here every time I can to eat and there is always a rude customer service today 03/06/24 I went to pick up my Uber pick up and the lady basically accused me of trying to steal food she gave me this ugly look trying to seem like it wasn’t my order when my name is legit on the receipt and on my phone.. there’s always some rude service here and they should change that.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I just bought 2 meat empanadas that look like I heated them 10 times. The black dough with burnt oil. I also bought 2 guava and cheese empanadas, the cheese was cut. Horrible, it even made me vomit... I also bought a coffee (I asked for it black and they gave it to me with milk) and an orange juice... and all that for $20...A total disappointment.. zero stars for this place, horrible service as well..
