Worst customer service. I ordered drinks,they asked for an ID and did not even look at it. Did not even confirm the order. The waiters are not friendly, only with males. I was waiting for more than 20 min and had to ask for someone to take the order. No vengan!

I waited 20 minutes for a table which is not a problem but when a table was available the other Waitress give the table a couple she knew, so I politely said I have been waiting. Her response was well you should of been quicker. I said no cause the other Waitress told me to wait. There are too many Colombian restaurants on bergeline. Lesson learned, next time I will go to the other one.

The application wasn’t letting me pick how I wanted my steak to be cooked or choose the same side twice(my order came with two) so I called over RIGHT AFTER ORDERING to the store and ask the girl over at the register and she said that she had already sent the order to the kitchen. So I asked her if she could please tell someone but she kept on saying NO. I accepted it and just asked her to add some lime and some spicy sauce and she answered me in a rude way but i didn’t think much of it. When I received my order I didn’t receive nor the lime or the sauce and OBVIOUSLY MY STEAK COOKED WRONGFULLY.

Always great,fresh,tasty food.Quality is over the top.Good, affordable prices and food /plate portions are good enough to share.Would recommend empanadas and also pan de bono con el cafecito.
