I was in the mood for some pupusas. I decided to try a different spot and boy was I right. This place was great. The pupusas tasted amazing. Would highly recommend.

This Mexican restaurant specializing in pupusas earns a solid 4.5 stars in my book. The pupusas, traditional stuffed corn tortillas, were a highlight - warm, flavorful, and generously filled with delicious combinations of cheese, beans, and meats. The authenticity of the flavors transported me to the heart of Mexico. The menu featured a variety of options beyond pupusas, showcasing the culinary richness of Mexican cuisine. The atmosphere was cozy, and the staff was friendly, offering attentive service. While the presentation could be slightly improved, the overall dining experience was delightful. This spot is a must-visit for pupusa enthusiasts and anyone seeking an authentic taste of Mexican comfort food.

It’s a small spot that doesn’t look like much but they’re cooking with serious flavor. My Papusas were made fresh to order and were amazing. Best that I’ve had in NY/NJ so far!
The people that work there are friendly. Their cooking is the closest thing to my mom’s so I’ve enjoyed the food. I’ve ordered for takeout many times already.

Ordered the lorocco con queso and beans w/ cheese and it had no taste...it was bland. All I could taste more of is the oil it was cooked with. It's a no-go for me The place is small and close by to a "pio pio" restaurant.

Every single thing we had was delicious! Ordered 4 different papusas, fried fish, fries and salad. Restaurant is clean and service was great. Will definitely be back!
