Today, 04/12/2023, I went to lunch with two friends and when paying the bill, the lady in the attached photo treated us very badly and kicked us out of the restaurant; He told us that because we don't leave tips, we told him that tips are left if the service is good and the service they provide us is terrible since we have gone to eat several times not because of the service but because the food is good, and we asked If it was mandatory to leave a tip, he told us no, but that his work is not free, since we have paid the bill, therefore he was not giving us anything and if tips are optional, a client cannot be required to give you; Since if they always expect tips to be left, they should make it mandatory and then they can complain to the client. I went to the restaurant to make an order to go, it was chicken with salad and French fries , with chaufa beef rice, my surprise was that once at home my order wasn’t complete , I was missing my chaufa rice so I went back to see if they can fix my problem but nothing, sadly there is no costumer service whatsoever .
