I was on the phone with one of the staff and he was extremely rude. He was shouting at me and not allowing me to speak. There was a mix up with the payment, and he was not having it. He was obnoxious and very rude. Customers should never be shouted at over an enquiry. We will never give them business. That man is unfit to be in the restaurant business and has absolutely no customer care skills. For your information, their branch in North Bergen are very respectful and the lady is a professional, that is where you should take your business.

I'm never going back to that place again.I only went there cause it seemed like they used less oil.I ordered 2 Lo mei, and later I hear the cook coughing twice without a mask.I don't know if he did that on purpose or the reason behind it.The short fat guy gave me a poor service too, gorgot the napkings and cookies.They seemed to be in a bad mood or something.I am never going back.

They need to bring ack the old people back because the guy who takes orders on phone is so rude and nasty . He acts like he's giving free food or something. Food needs more flavor like the one before .

The shrimp and broccoli lunch special comes with pork fried rice when I called to say that shrimp and pork does not go together that you should change your shrimp and broccoli to plain rice with it the person got upset she says all the lunch specials, pork fried rice and couldn't understand the concept that if a person wants to eat shrimp and broccoli they do not want to eat pork. I really should've left the place with their makeshift face protector shields and not so clean area.
