Generally Whole Foods does a great job, at a great (read high) price. Not so here. Mediocre coffee.

The store is nice, clean and convenient to where I live but the people who work here need some serious customer service skills. Rude, rude and rude! This last visit was the last for me. Talk about serious attitude, misery, and eye rolling! Jessica- you seriously need to step back away from working with people if you are that miserable! The way you talk to people is unacceptable and how you are still working here is a mystery. I get when you have a bad day but I had the pleasure of ending up with you several times and every time-same nasty, rude attitude. You are not the only one, just the worse one. Last week stood at the bakery section waiting to get a cupcake, the girl saw me, never stopped unpacking the boxes to ask if I needed help, instead kept on her merry way until I had to ask her for her assistance when 5 min went by. The rolling of the eyes and anger on her face was classic, didn't say a word and threw my cupcake on the counter and went back to her boxes- unbelievable. I stopped coming here and refuse to spend another dime here because of the poor customer service I consistently experience. I would rather drive the extra miles to Parsippany where customer service is CONSISTENTLY above and beyond. Many of the staff at West Orange need to take some serious Customer Service skills and lessons from the Parsippany store or better yet TRADER JOE's.

Do not go here if you need coffee. It's never open! I feel sorry for the people who search coffee and this pops up because it's a coffee kiosk within a Whole Foods. The thing is that the kiosk is rarely open. Even in the morning during prime coffee hours it's closed. Jeez!

Whole Foods was a few minutes drive from Residence Inn West Orange so we swung by while in town. Lots of thing to bring back to room.

Besides being one of the worst Whole Foods I've been to in terms of appearance and cleanliness, I went for a deep green juice and they only had smoothies or coffee, no juices. Talk about a total let down.

Lucky to have this location close to home. Taking good care that shoppers are jacked and gloved. They spray the wagons. AlwAys helpful and plenty of good selections. You might have to wait in line a bit, but they do use the 6 ft distance rule. Bravo.

Was in the mood for some grass fed meats. Came here expecting to pay an arm and a leg for some steaks, ground beef and other things. To my surprise was not as bad as I thought. Staff was super friendly and fast. Place was a mad house, but I got my items and a few others last minute things. Experience overall was good.

Freshest, organic, vegetables and all produce. Meat and fish is stellar with smart and knowledgeable butchers. Hot buffet food, salads, breads and desserts are over the top. Cannot say enough about this chain. A bit on pricey side, but getting tops for what you pay.

This is the best Whole Foods in the area. It's so large you don't mind shopping there on a weekend. (In fact, I go out of my way to go to this one on the weekends!) Compared to other Whole Foods, this one has stuff you can't find elsewhere, like a great assortment of incense. Cashiers are nicer. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that they will only serve large portions of sushi grade salmon. You can't get a mere three slices for your salad. Sushi grade is only good for like a day, so I'm not going to get 10 or 12 slices of salmon. Too much mercury. Also, note, many foods in Whole Foods are not "healthy." If you're not getting the organic or local produce you must read labels! So do not push or shove someone who needs to go in their purse to get their reading glasses; instead, applaud them for being health conscious! That said, I never got pushed in this Whole Foods like I did at other ones. And the parking lot is nice and big too.

Wow this place is now a complete dump. At prime dinner time6 pm, half the hot bar empty. Not that food was gone they were just completely dry empty trays in the table. So I thought OK let me just try and go grab a sandwich because I already waited on the other line with a sliced meats for over 10 minutes the four people in front of me left I was left waiting there another five minutes and then I realized that's why they left because no one was being served. So I walked over to the case to grab a sandwich where I was met with the most disgusting piece of "turkey "I've ever seen I really wanted some tunafish there was no prepared tunafish or egg salad in containers, just soup and a couple of salmon pieces. So I thought to myself I just going to get a roll so I'll make my own sandwich at home and I walk over to where the rules are and there is exactly one stale roll left. my husband and I got some chili off the hot soup bar and we try to check out with just the chili And was met by now automated check out where you have to check your own crap out. Seeing that I just lost my last nerve. There's no help behind the counters and now they want you to check your own self out? I don't know what the hell happened to whole foods but it is a giant s*** show right now and I know I'll never be back!

Always spot on. Very clean with teasing variety of products, leave it up to us and you will be here more often than usual. Today we explored the hot bar, yum yum! That was the original plan, actually not. We intended to return a spice we bought earlier this week, and what happened was, we assumed brunch was near, so we ended up at the hot bar, and it actually was great we did. This location and spacious and not to loud, so we used this as a moment to pause and appreciate spending time with each other. The variety of foods were excellent, from J*** Chicken to salads, and an assorted well diverse juice and drink choices from the shelves. Or, the authentic coffee choices serves well. Trust that you will be getting more from this Whole Foods when you visit, you'll end up buying "something" of your list.

This WFM is clean- excellent customers service- great store..numerous selection- as any market- price is mod high- but quality is the trade off.

My recent visit to this location was my First and Possibly my last. I decided to try a hot sandwich for lunch on this day, so I make my way over to the sandwich section and place my order. While I was waiting I noticed there were MULTIPLE people behind the counter with UNCOVERED HAIR. I am OLD enough to remember seeing food service Ladies wearing hair nets as a child in all places. It seems that this is not the requirement anymore. I did see a couple of Ladies with hair nets but I saw MORE without them. Along with no hair nets I notice these ladies continually touching their hair this may be okay to some people but it turned my stomach to see anyone and especially food service workers touching their hair in public, if need be take a break and go to the ladies room and fix your hair and then return. I also witnessed a worker remove her smock, dust off her lower pant legs & shoes then placed the same smock on a cart in the food prep area. Why not take this DIRTY SMOCK to back and away from the food service area? I did not see anyone who looked to be managing the food prep and service, I wish the store had better control over the people preparing serving FOOD to people. All of this may not bother some people but like I said, it turned MY STOMACH to see this. I really don't think I will be making another visit to the Store. This was certainly NOT the best experience I have ever had.
