Apparently having the person repeat your order to you is pointless when they don't add the items to your order. Pulled up, and see employees horseplaying at the window. That's not something a customer wants or needs to see. The employees were also playing with customers bags. Why? Management needs to do better.

How hard is it to actually sell the food you offer on the damn menu? This is a failed location. They don't dispose of old food in the warming rack, stating they are out of cheese during the rush, "we don't got coffee" in November at 3pm. These are bad employees who have no manager or oversight. Someone needs to turn this location into a public park.

Burger was good but edges tasted burned. Fries tasted old, no flavor, & needs salt. Everything was hot which was terrific

Usually order food with a dessert and get the Hershey Sundae Pie. They said they were sold out of it. I overheard someone in the drive thru over the intercom want one also. Not good when it’s on the menu. Ownership you have many 1 star reviews. Take a bit more pride in this franchise.

Avoid this place if you can. It's always a big headache. They always get my order wrong and their orders always take a lot longer than any other drive-thru I go to. They often tell me they are out of something after I've paid for it and when I ask for a refund they tell me to just go to the app. It's aggravating and it's happened several times now. The manager doesn't care and even implied I shouldn't be complaining! What?!I just need to avoid this place at all costs and go somewhere else. I'm done with them. Burger King is a corporation and probably doesn't care as long as this store makes money but it's very sad to have such poorly run fast food in the area. It strips whatever convenience it is totally away :(
