I was in Fridays about to get seated and I noticed that five guys was there so it was 5mins before closing and Minnie and the staff made order with a smile and a welcoming service. I truly applauded them and their service! Thanks!!!!

Boy let me tell you something.....I've been coming here since before the pandemic and the food was AMAZING! The place was a lot cleaner and the service was a lot more professional. It's been a while since I've been here and the older guy isn't there anymore. The place was filthy from the floors to the soda fountain machine. That soda fountain machine was a hot as mess with garbage soda syrup and sauce all over everything. The floors were sticky with trash and food all over the floor. The seats and the tables made me wanna wait outside because it was so dirty. The entire restaurant including the air was a petri dish. The food was nasty and caused me to get sick because of how the handled everything, you cannot have a dirty restaurant and just cook and laugh while preparing the food. The Cajun fries were burnt with the seasoning on them. What ticked me off the most was when I sat there for over 15 minutes waiting for a shake while they were joking with each other. I had to walk up to the front before they asked me what I needed. They apparently forgot or didn't check the receipt when they handed me the food. For spending 70+ dollars, the ordeal should have been much better.

This place has went SO downhill. Dirty floors and tables, SLOW SLOW SLOW service, and the burgers tasted NOTHING like that signature five guys flavor. So disappointing. When this location first opened it was not this bad and had promise, I don't know what happened.

I love this place but I paid $17 for a hotdog ? fries ? and a coke ?I think that it would have been over 20 if I had a burger ?
Terrible food and service today. Unfriendly staff. I ordered a burger and fries to eat in. My burger was not warm or hot, it was room temperature. I asked for mayonnaise but not 2 tablespoons. They added a teaspoon of grilled onions.A very nasty burger today. The fries were half hot, the rest were cold. I would never patronize this location again!

Everything from the food to the service was amazing.. the young lady that took our order was very patient with my son and upsold a milk shake and walked him through all the possibilities. The food was great and we sat in the resturant to eat. Everything was cleaned and well stocked.

I troed 2 locations ordered a burger both times when i went to bite into it the meat crumbled wasnt seasoned and very greasy im a lover of frankie vallis song grease and he says grease is the word but its not the word when it comes to your health .
