Went to redeem my HARD EARNED papa John’s points for a free pizza at this location, and they canceled my order. And when I complained to the front counter worker, he threatened to call the police on me. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL

Ordered pizza from West Orange NJ. After 1 hr we realized the order was make as takeover and not delivery. After this is corrected by phone, I was told the driver left. It was a 10 mn drive and we received our cold pizza after 50mn. Overall struggle close to 2hrs t get one pizza!!!!

Everything tasted disgusting, old, and flavorless. It was like they threw the end of day scraps into a slop for someone to eat. Don't give the food from this place to ANYONE, even if they're homeless, needy, or hungry. I think I'm going to be sick... ? ? ?
The delivery driver lied about being outside, then went missing for 20 minutes and turned his phone off. When he finally arrived he didn’t apologize, just took the money and left. When I called the store to inform them of what happened, the woman named Bebe laughed and said, “what do you want me to do? I didn’t do anything to you”. I said at least an apology. She laughed again then hung up. When I called back she said for me to not call back because other customers were trying to order. I asked for the manager and she said “he’s not here, he went to the bank”. Then hung up on me AGAIN. I called two more times, they just let the phone ring. Ten calls later, a man picks up the phone. I asked if he was the manager and he said “no, he will be here tonight”. I informed him that the woman named Bebe said he was just going to the bank. He said “no, no, he’s not coming back until tonight”. He hung up again. No one ever called me back! Highly disappointed, highly disrespectful, highly unprofessional. People should not be allowed to treat others like garbage, especially when it’s regarding food or money.
