The customer service, communication, and management is horrible at this Pizza Hut…..I received a pizza that was dry and burnt. The manager Juan gave me a credit for a another pizza. When I went to use the credit it wasn’t in the system. So either he lied or the manager on duty didn’t want to honor the credit. I don’t recommend this Pizza Hut!

I ordered a medium hawaian pizza and got a pita bread with a sprinkle of cheese in d middle and about 7 peices of chicken scattered on top. It looked like what I ordered but only in the center. There was little to no sauce which made the pizza very dry and hard. This is my first and last time ordering from this location!!!

The antithesis of “food made with love”. Its made with disgust and resentment. When you behold the state and the hygiene of the ratchet folks making the food, spin around and look at the consumers who are choosing to order. It is then that you should come to the confirmed understanding that this is not the Pizza Hut of your childhood and you should not put anything into your mouth that was prepared here. This is the absolute worst and most reprehensible hole in the wall.

I ordered delivery from this location and they just never delivered it. I placed my order at around 530. At 630 I called and asked about it and at first the person I talked to made it seem like the food was on the way. At 645 when I called again I spoke to the same woman who was incredibly annoyed that I had the audacity to call back about a very late pizza that she claimed was on the way. Seeing the writing on the wall I decided to go to a different pizza place. I didn't cancel that order, so I hope the delivery driver is okay. It's midnight now and he still hasn't made it to my apartment.

Third and final time my order was screwed up, I will not be ordering from this location anymore. I ordered a Big Dinner Box with 2 Veggie Lovers Pizza's, one of which was supposed to be with creamy garlic sauce, easy on the sauce, regular cheese, mushrooms, onions and peppers. The pizza came with a lot of the sauce and no cheese, it was disgusting and I had to throw it out. The other pizza, the boneless wings and the cheese bread sticks were cold and I live less than 10 mins away. I called the store and the young man was very nice but I told him I didn't want another pizza delivered because I don't trust that someone will not spit in or do worse to my food, I advised him that I will not be ordering from them again.
When I received my order via delivery, it had not been taped down by any of the 3 pieces of Pizza Hut tape on it. Also, several things in my order were wrong (missing or incorrect). When I called the restaurant, the manager was defensive and rude. Shortly into my conversation with him, the manager began raising his voice, and became argumentative. He was more interested in arguing than fixing the whole problem (I.e. replacing the wrong items).Additionally, it physically stinks inside that restaurant. It smelled disgusting in there. I will NOT order from the West Orange location again.Parking: Very limited street parking.

This restaurant has messed up my order multiple times, but today is my last time ordering from them. I ordered food online for delivery, and things were missing from my order and part of my order was wrong. When I called and spoke to the manager, he was only willing to give me a few dollars credit (on my larger $$ order. Then, he didn't even offer to replace the wrong drinks. Online it said they have multiple kinds of drinks but after I got 2 out of 4 wrong drinks, I called the restaurant. The manager (Juan), yelled and said he could not give me a "credit" for the drinks because I "used a coupon". Which I did not. He did NOT even offer to make a note on my "file" to give me 2 replacement drinks with my next order. I told him no one called me to tell me they didn't have the drinks that I ordered. They just replaced my two other drinks with something else. (But) I don't drink that. The manager (Juan) even accused me of trying to make him "sweeten the deal". No, they messed up my order so the manager can make it right. No other solution (other than a few dollars credit and a refusal to correct the order (drinks)) was offered.The manager, Juan, was rude and gave poor customer service. He refused to make up for the multiple mistakes in my order. This restaurant stinks figuratively and literally (inside). It's just bad. I would NOT recommend this Pizza Hut to ANYONE!

Pizza was not as good as the Pizza Hut on route 440 jersey city. They need to step up their customer service. Management refused to give me a to go box. Said I had to pay for a whole new pizza for a box. I definitely will not buy from their again

Ordered a big dinner box, with rectangular pan cheese and veggie lover pies, cheese sticks and honey bbq boneless chicken. All the pizzas were under cooked. The vegetables were scorched. The chicken was the only thing that was palatable. I remembered why I stopped ordering from Pizza Hut. A total waste of money.
