Im very annoyed that my cake keeps getting made by the owner Richard, instead of the woman I asked for which is Nicole. Today was the second time I had to pay for a cake that was messed up by the owner due to him adding something on the cake that wasn't asked for. I asked for a Purple/White Cake, he decides to add blue to the cake, for what reason is beyond me quite frankly. This Bakery has been in service too long to not consider the wants/needs and preferences of the customers, going forward as a business if someone asks for a certain worker to make the cake it should be executed by that person.
I ordered a few things for my father in law’s birthday through Uber eats, the only thing I asked for in the notes was to add a note saying happy birthday and this bakery went above and beyond adding it on the cake itself! I was so shocked, the service was so quick and so personalized without me even asking! I loved that so much and recommend this place, they are truly amazing! Will buy from there again!

Ordered 10 cupcakes online. One too many. The restaurant wouldn't care to just edit the order. They had to cancel the whole thing. We ended up not even getting anything. F rated customer service..
