This was the worst customer service I’ve gotten at a Friday’s location. The staff was inattentive, lying down on the seats, ignoring customers who were either there to pick up orders or place orders, managers walked past without acknowledging you, and much more. I just wanted fries to go and wound up spending 40 min there after trying to order fries at the bar. I’m disappointed that the Wayne location has been shut down. I’ll never go back to West Orange. Oh… at least my fries were hot. But they were just ok.

I took my 85 year old Mom and granddaughter out for a bite to eat, after a long day doing taxes and seeing the doctor. This was the worst food I spent money on. Where can you get food that has a great taste. My mom asked that her burger be well done but it was not.My granddaughter's potato skins were hard, and the wings were hard also.I had sizzling chicken and shrimp, the potatoes were dry omg the worst. The chicken was over cooked and the shrimp loaded with garlic. I spent $65 on this food. I will never patronize this place again. A waste of time and money. Where can you go to get great tasting food?

Great place to eat when running errands for a last-minute sit-down meal. We were from out of town, not familiar with the roads and new landmarks. One of our parties ordered salmon but was given grilled chicken, but the waitress was courteous, and within 10 minutes, all was good, Would come again.
Shay is an amazing bartender! The service and quality she provides is unmatched. Truly a pleasure to come in, just to see her face! She always makes the environment fun, safe and friendly. Always welcoming, always letting us know the new deals. I truly appreciate her and her service.

I love this establishment even though i usually go here to get wings i always experience great service from the wait staff, the seating area is clean they always have someone cleaning the tables nothing is just sitting around from past guest and its a very calm atmosphere
