Oh man! This has been the best coincidence ever! I've never used a baker for an occasion but I found Truffalla online and used her for my mom's 60th birthday. Her service was nothing but the best! Delivered on the day the cake was needed, and the cake was so good, it made my mom think of something she had in her childhood and I'm appreciative of that. My family enjoyed it so much we ordered one more just as a family celebration! Definitely will hope continue using her services in the near future! Thanks for the fast, reliable and splendid service! This review is way overdue. First, I want to establish that I'm a CT resident. Last year, my friend was planning her 30th at an Airbnb in NJ. I did some Google searches and found Truffalla. Alla (the owner) made us the most delicious cake we've ever had. Listen, I love cake... like a lot. But I hate icing and I'm picky. So when I tell you, her cake is the best. Its because it is. The icing is perfection, the cake itself is light, moist,and airy. My mouth waters just thinking about it. So it was no surprise that in July (this year) when I turned 30 who would make my cake. I literally had my cake picked up from NJ and transported to CT. All my guest loved the cake. Literally can't stop raving. So in conclusion, I highly recommend Truffalla for your baking needs.Alla is also very responsive, a great communicator, and super sweet.

Alla was super accommodating to a last minute order for a 6-inch cake. She could only do a vanilla cake at that time, but I went ahead and ordered one because her work looked so beautiful. So glad I did. Best vanilla cake I’ve ever ordered. Great experience from start to finish (technically the cake is still being eaten). ;)

I ordered the pistachio cake with raspberry mousse. It was decorated with beautiful daisies. Nobody wanted to cut it. Once we did, the cake was as delicious to eat, as it was gorgeous to look at. If you need a cake for a special occasion, Truffalla is a must to try. It will hard to eat a bakery cake ever again. Beautifully boxed as well!!
