It is too bad that Yelp does not allow for a Zero Rating because the Jersey Mike's Subs on Eagle Rock Avenue and Prospect Avenue definitely deserves a Zero Rating. I have specific dietary needs and asked the sales associate to prepare my sandwich with very specific toppings. This sales associate made my sandwich while I was looking for a beverage and the sandwich was already bagged. When I got home, I noticed that NONE of the toppings I requested specifically were on the sandwich.

The best subs I ever ate! Love them! However the cost to deliver is high. I would order at least 4 times a week,if delivery was lower.

Hard to find fault with this location. Plenty of local joints around Montclair WO Roseland but this JM is always fast and great customer service. Got a philly add jalapeí±os. Perfect!

I was starving and I happen to be nearby, so stopped in. Immediately I was impressed with the customer service. The owner, Jim, greeted me and offered a joke. The line was semi long, but the staff made my sandwich swiftly with a smile. I realized that Jersey Miles's Subs are also serving the Denver area, where I live. The deli and cheese is freshly cut to order, the way it should be. I ordered the Turkey and Provolone GIANT sub, and even sharing it with my wife was a tall task to finish. I would say a regular sized sub is plenty for two, unless you are a giant yourself. The sub was quite fresh, tasty and filling. This place feels more like a one off family owned deli than a franchise. Great place for sandwiches, hot or cold. It's located in the same parking lot as Whole Foods with ample parking.

A glorified subway that takes forever to make a sandwich. Less condiments (if you can even see the condiments through all the advertisements on the protective glass) and expensive. I feel bad for anyone who picks the short straw at work and orders for coworkers. You would think that a business that shares a wall with the most productive, well oiled food chains would take a hint. But no. Jersey Mike's Has zero common sense on how to produce their product in fast/organized way. One person slicing meat. One person applying condiments. One person wrapping up your food and one person charging you $9 for half a sandwich. While 35 people wait one line to place their order. Not only that but you add ubereats to the mix. Warning expect to spend at least 25mins to get a sandwich between 11am and 1pm.

$9+ for a ham sandwich with about 5 pieces of ham and a small soda - no lettuce, no tomato, no extras...just 5 slices of ham and some bread. I questioned it and they said "yep". Ripoff, this was my first and last visit.

This location is so close to where I live that I WANTED to love it (everyone needs a neighborhood sandwich spot!) but I just couldn't. I just think they have little options especially when it comes to vegetarians. There needs to be more bread options, more veggies, etc. I'll give it to them that they taste fresh but for the price, I expect a lot more. I actually prefer Subway over to Jersey Mike's as they have a lot more veggie/cheese/sauce selections allowing options for all types of diets. I most likely will not be returning (no matter how close they are).

I come here all the time. They are always busy which is a good sign. The ingredients are always fresh and the service is fast and friendly. My favorite place to get a sandwich. Parking situation isn't ideal.

I definitely love the subs at jersey mikes, mike is a real cool guy..met him twice, took a selfie with him .... would definitely recommend jersey mikes to all sub lovers

I dont know why people think any Jersey Mikes is good, it is basically Subway with a different name. Anyone who knows a good sub, hero, sandwich (whatever) would not be impressed.

Almost every time I go here, they get my order wrong. If you order the club and you don't specify bacon (which is in the description,) they don't put it on. I never order subs with dressing on it and I only ask for lettuce on half a giant sub. They have yet to understand what lettuce on half a sub means. It's not a difficult order. I usually watch everything they do but the last time I was there, I had the added bonus of a beggar coming in and asking JM patrons for "a couple bucks," so he took my attention away from the person putting together my sub and my order of "a giant #8 on white with lettuce on half the sub" was a disaster. I got 2 small subs in 2 separate bags, no bacon, and lettuce on both. I respect that not everyone may want the bacon that's included, but if it's part of the sandwich, I think it's reasonable to assume I don't have to request it.

First time to any Jersey Mike. Decided to try because see many yelper's enjoy other locations.. First I was going next door and seen this over in the corner so came here. Nice little eatery. Not a lot of choices but enough to be fulfilled and satisfied from hot too cold subs. Little bit of up best music playing in the air make this idea for after school or just lounging eating. I went with the number 17. Cheesey streak w/onions and peppers. Not my best sandwich ever. But definitely one of the better cheese steaks places I've had in North Jersey. Great amount of messy to feel like it's a sandwich. The staff was friendly and can make you feel like you want to return. So I'll be back.
