I have been to Saravana bhavan, West Windsor many times in the past. I believe there is a management/staff change there recently and I can attest it’s horrible there now.our family experience: 1. I asked for tap water with glasses. Server response:” we only sell bottled water” 2. In the past , it was BYOB, server said “no , you cannot bring wine anymore “ 3. We asked server to take an order. Server response “ we don’t take order anymore. Fill out all your info and order online only” . We asked there is jo option to order spice level online and his response “ everything is pre cooked and there is no option to change spice level anyway” 4. We asked for manager. He said there is no manager here in the restaurant. Server name was “Jijo”. At least that’s what he told us. My advice this restaurant really sucks and please don’t bother go there. There are many Bette choices around the area for South Indian food.

This restaurant is amazing and roomy, the menu was enchanting and the rates were very affordable. quick, productive service and very friendly waiters. I highly recommend this place.

Lovely place. Generous but not overwhelming portions, complementary tea and those yummy crackers with sauce when you dine in. Waitstaff very helpful, definitely a place I'd be happy to recommend and dine at again.
