On 2/14/2024 at approximately 6pm, I purchased 3 coffees. By the time I got home from going out to eat, Duncan Donuts was closed. I took 2 apps of one of the coffees and it tasted like warm milk. This isn’t the first time I complained about how the coffee was made. This shouldn’t be hard. I buy 3/4 coffees a day so I expect it made right.

Will Dunkin ever learn how to toast bread?

ZERO STARS! There are honestly just people that SHOULDN'T ever work at a job where they have to interact with customers.. I find it extremely frustrating and rude for me as a customer to be treated disrespectfully by staff today. The coffee was DISGUSTING CLEARLY MATCHING THE ATTITUDE OF THE “people” working at this store. I only asked for them to fix the coffee that was clearly made wrong, and the people working in them store were rude, disrespectful, arrogant and just unprofessional while dealing with my issue.. I will never again step foot into the establishment again.. I’m truly disgusted and disappointed by the customer service I received..

I walked into the Dunkin Donuts after I had put out a cigar because I needed a coffee on my 15 min break. When I got into the store, I placed my order and then this Latina lady rudely told me that I could not smoke in the store because there was a tiny bit of smoke. Apparently, it had not gone out completely. I was shocked and went outside to make sure it was out and I left it. I came back in the store and the order was not even placed in the register. I asked the lady and she ignored me and did not want to talk to me. She refused to give me service. I demanded that they fill my order for a coffee and most of the employees were not happy about it. They ignored me and refused to fill the order. Eventually, the owner hears my side of the story and then made excuses for the lady and said that she is a good worker. I then explained that the very first time I came to the store was 2 months ago when the store was supposed to be open. I happened to get their exactly where the store was supposed to be open. Apparently, the Drive-thru opens earlier. So when I knocked, this same lady got an attitude because of it and opened the door. I said Good morning to her and she ignored me until I said it again. Her customer service was horrible even that day. So eventually, I finished explaining and the owner asked where my coffee was. Nobody had even started on it. At that point, I realized that i didn’t even trust that someone would even make it properly and it was already unacceptable that I did not have the coffee done anymore. I told them to keep the coffee and stormed out of the store. Wrongfully, I slammed the door. At this point, while I was 15 feet from the store, the owner comes to the door yelling at me and telling me that she was going to call the police on me. I told her that she could call whoever she wanted and that they could still keep their coffee that I paid for. I didn’t even want my money back. She kept arguing with me while I was walking away and I kept telling her to keep her coffee. Afterwards, the police came and informed me that I was not allowed back into the Dunkin Donuts again and if I did that I would be trespassing. I explained the situation to the cop and he informed me that basically the owner called and said that I was smoking in the store. I explained to him that obviously, there was no reason to call the cops because I was actually leaving the situation and refused my money and the coffee. That obviously that it was ridiculous that I would go into a store while smoking a cigarette. That surely that her whole story was not credible. He explained to me that it does happen etc. I explained that he could go watch the camera. Ultimately, he said that any owner has the right to refuse anyone for any reason and that unfortunately, the owner wants me banned. I asked for both of their names to be put into the police report so that I could launch a huge complaint with the corporate office; however, I’ve decided to let Karma take care of everything. Hopefully, she will see that the Latina lady is NOT a good worker and has a horrible attitude. Also she will see that her employees are horrible. You won’t believe what I used to hear when I went almost everyday for my coffee and snack. All they do all day is complain about customers and mock them. One gentleman even said that he can’t stand when a man is indecisive and ridiculed him behind his back basically implying that indecisiveness is not a manly trait. Trust me I heard many other ridiculous complaints. Most of the employees at this location hate their job and there is a hiring sign posted. Apparently they need more help. This is one of the most horrible Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to and a very horrible store location. Go there and find out for yourself. Go sit inside and observe. It will be eye opening. Always respect your customers and see there point of view. If it isn’t for your customers, your store will go out of business!

During the week this place usually gets your order right but the weekends.. there’s always an issue.. and there’s less customers too so I don’t understand why they get the order wrong

The food is always good. Lots of options.

They need to unlock the front door 6:30am so cars aren’t wrapped around the corner trying to get what they need without being concerned about being late to work! No reason I leave early to make it to Dunkin’ before work and there’s over 20 cars and half the ppl are frustrated because the front door is locked
