Was in the area and got excited after seeing this listing on Yelp - I'm a HUGE fan of Indian food (I'm from Edison, NJ aka Indian food capital of America ... this isn't an official title but I'm sure many would agree).Ordered:1) Crispy Cauliflower Appetizer ($12) - wouldn't normally order this but I saw so many reviews mention it and it was !!! worth it !!! The texture on the cauliflower was amazing2) Chicken Tikka Masala ($19)3) Spinach and Cottage Cheese aka Saag Paneer ($18)^ 2) and 3) are my sister and I's go-to's at any Indian restaurant and given this was our first time dining here, we knew we had to get both as a way to judge the restaurant.I've been lucky to eat at many Indian restaurants so this is pretty crazy when I say this is the ***best Indian food I've had*** The depth of the sauces particularly was spot on!Other pros:The interior is decorated really nicely and you can definitely tell it's a classy Indian spot. The dry ice to "cleanse" at the beginning is kind of extra but hey, something you don't see all the time.The con:I wish I could give this place 5 stars but for Indian food, this is definitely on the pricier side. And when there are dozens of alternatives nearby, I'm not sure if it's always worth to spend the extra amount.
