“John, the manager (not sure if he is an owner?) is 90% of the reason that I return to this Domino’s location, if I’m in the mood for something they offer. He is a Super-nice man, and he really does care about making sure his customers are completely happy with their orders, and their experiences. We had a miscommunication several weeks ago, caused by the company’s website, and I was in a terrible mood after an awful work day. I was initially “combative,” and not giving John a chance to explain or correct the problem. He was so patient, and was trying hard to make me happy…and his efforts made all the difference! John is a good guy, and though I’m not a big fan of Domino’s pizza, I go there because it’s fast, relatively cheap, and mostly because I want to support John’s franchise. “My experience tonight has reclaimed my love for Nola pizza. I’ve never questioned how amazing the pizza was, it was more when they first opened the wait was outrageously long and often was not ready after the two and a half hour wait. It was because of that I haven’t been back until tonight. Expecting the wait would still be long for a Sunday, called around 5:30 and given a pickup time of 6:45, significantly improved! My order was JUST taken out of the oven when I walked in at 6:45 and to no surprise, the pizza was divine. Got the Diavolo with vodka instead of spicy and it was just perfection. “I am so glad I finally tried this place. I wouldn’t have even known it was there if it wasn’t for the fact that it was next to Krauszer’s and that’s how I spotted it. It was clean, great service and the chicken is absolutely amazing. The wings are large, perfectly crispy, and the flavor is great! They do have some minimal counter height seating by the windows, but it’s generally takeout and I’m totally fine with that. Will definitely be ordering again!“

When I came in last week two guys asked if there was work and the guy at the front told them they were fully staffed unfortunately but he gave them two sodas free of charge.
