A restaurant without food???!!! Picture it.. Tuesday evening and the restaurant is empty. I walk up to counter and ask for a bowl with white rice. The person behind the counter has fear in her eyes as if I just said "give me all the cash in the register"• Aftermoments of awkward silence she walks over to the mobile order station where you can see her ask the person there for rice and that person clearly says"NO!". Worst service ever. Store is dirty and customer service is terrible. Spent two hours talking to a customer service rep who would not connect us with the store to understand what was going on with our order.

Place was extremely dirty, the steak I received was raw and the rice was crunchy. They had some lady who didn’t know English taking my order so she was extremely confused. If it’s a place like Westfield your stuff should speak English or at least know what the heck brown rice is. The place was so dirty and they barely had anything left. This place is a mess and seems understaffed.
