I placed an online order and ordered 2 orders chicken wings instead of one. I immediately called and the girl said she would take it off the bill. When we went to pick it up, we were still charged for both orders of wings. We were told they couldn’t give us a new receipt but they circled the wings and said it was taken off the bill. We also got none of the extra sauces we paid for. We were charged the full price. I emailed customer support and Ricardo emailed back they notified the store and someone would get back to me to give me the refund. That was 5/12/24. I emailed back 3 times since with no response. This is beyond upsetting

John, the manager (not sure if he is an owner?) is 90% of the reason that I return to this Domino’s location, if I’m in the mood for something they offer. He is a Super-nice man, and he really does care about making sure his customers are completely happy with their orders, and their experiences. We had a miscommunication several weeks ago, caused by the company’s website, and I was in a terrible mood after an awful work day. I was initially “combative,” and not giving John a chance to explain or correct the problem. He was so patient, and was trying hard to make me happy…and his efforts made all the difference! John is a good guy, and though I’m not a big fan of Domino’s pizza, I go there because it’s fast, relatively cheap, and mostly because I want to support John’s franchise. Thank you, John for making me leave your shop with a smile!!Parking: No problem finding a spot, ever!

Called for delivery and the order was 2 hours late. I tried calling the store and no one picked up. I kept calling and calling until finally someone picked up about an hour after I have placed my order and was told that my order was gonna be delayed another 30 minutes. They don't have their act together. No communication to the customer about a delay or issue, just bad customer service.

Ordered from there last night after a long shift. Google says they close at 2 am but they actually close at 1. My online order was made at 1259 literally a minute before they closed. They made it anyway. Just wanted to apologize and thank the staff for that. Management change the google hours!

New stuffed pepperoni cheesy bread is great. With the coupons they offer, small pie 1 topping and a free stuffed cheesy bread for under $10. Can't beat it.

I’ve always placed an order to this location, one evening I mistakenly placed one to a different store upon arriving in noticed my name wasn’t on the board. I explained the situation & the 2 gentlemen that was working that evening was very understanding. I told them my order and they were quick in making it. The scotch plains, Plainfield locations have either the worst service or quality. This one excels both! Very quick and friendly service. Big fan of dominoes for years, those 2 guys are one of the reason why i keep coming!

It's decent quick pizza. There's nothing spectacular about it, but it's not bad either.

Of all of the national chain pizzerias, the worst is Papa John’s, and depending on the store location, the best Teeter’s between Domino’s and Pizza Hut. Where I live, I have three dominoes locations to choose from pretty much equal distance to all three. The Westfield location is always fresh and consistent. Don’t get me wrong, you cannot compare these “ cardboard box pizzas” with your local mama and papa pizzerias. But when Domino’s is running their 50% off online ordering with all pizzas you definitely cannot beat that. Tonight I ordered a extra large Brooklyn style extravaganza specialty pizza for only $10.99. This would be close to a $30 pizza anywhere else. And again this location in Westfield always seems to have fresh ingredients and their pizza comes out tasting good. There have been plenty of Domino’s locations that I have had that I will never revisit.

Been living in Westfield for 2 years now and have ordered here at least 20x. They’ve gotten my order wrong about 5x. Under a previous manager, my salad was frozen, if not soggy. It was obvious that the salad was pre-prepared and stored in a chiller that was too cold, possibly even close to freezing temperature. It was replaced. Another time they did not cook it well done as specified and justified it by saying 5 toppings doesn’t come out well done or it all depends where in the oven it is placed. This last time I ordered 5 toppings again but they forgot one topping. I called the new manager the next day (Asher) and he was not told about the issue (despite me telling the lady I spoke to minutes after I realized the order was wrong to inform him I was gonna call today). He replaced it anyway. What I didn’t like is that I gave him feedback about how the 2 minute timer for curbside pick up keeps stopping even if the order isn’t out yet and he kept giving a long explanation about why. This has not happened in other branches, only in this one. It makes me think they cannot get the order out within the 2 min guarantee but don’t want to give a free pizza like the guarantee promises. We were going around in circles so I asked him to just put in my order cause the call was taking too long. Managers should listen to feedback. I will be moving out of Westfield soon anyway so this won’t be my go-to anymore. Hopefully the one in Scotch Plains is better.

Since this location been under new management, the food is absolutely disgusting. I've ordered numerous times and said maybe they're adjusting etc, but no, after 20 different orders never ever again. The Manger will promise to rectify the situation and never do. After my order tonight I've had enough. It was literally raw.

In spite of being a pizza snob, I like dominos pizza - at least at this location. Their crust is not as good as fiamma or Houdini pizza lab but it's less than half the price. This location is very efficient. A plus. I once had an issue with a missing freshness date in a salad but they addressed it but who orders salad from dominos. I usually do the curbside pickup and they are very prompt. So I am a big fan of this location. Their pizza is quite good.
