Most people are probably familiar with the superb catering of Jane and Maggie, but please don't forget they offer meals for lunch and dinner. Of course, they are wonderful, but one of the side benefits is that Maggie Cooks helps you prepare better meals at home. When I had the trio of stuffed vegetables for dinner, I realized that sometimes more seasoning is better than less. After I tasted my wife's roasted salmon sandwich with basil mayonnaise and caramelized onions, I realized there is more than salmon salad. One unadvertised special is that every meal comes with a tiny and absolutely delicious dessert. Hire them for the holidays, but don't forget Maggie and Jane when you're thinking about what to have for lunch or dinner, too. Since our first dinner two years ago, they have become a part of our weekly dining experience and we have never been disappointed.

Due to health reasons this was the first year I did not prepare the foodfor Passover for my family. Great big thank you to Maggie Cooks!! Maggie and Jane and their staff prepared an outstanding meal for our Passover Seder. Every course from chicken soup, gefilte fish, Moroccan chicken, brisket, salmon,brussel sprouts, quinoa, potato kugel, mashed potatoes,Pavlova and chocolate roll was so well prepared and pleased everyone's palate. Yes it was a lot of food but it was all delicious. Being and an eventplanner myself and having a past history of being a food editor I'm a "fussy"customer. We used Maggie Cooks for my sons first birthday! The week of thanksgiving can be tough but the team was kind enough to take our order. The food was delicious and Jane and team were so helpful in making a menu. We will certainly use them again!

Recommended by a local moms group - I reached out to Maggie Cooks regarding food for a 40 person baby shower. I cannot say enough good things about the experience, and of course, the FOOD. Maggie & Jane were super easy to work with...they provided an initial menu based on my request, and we tweaked it easily from there. The food (apps, sandwiches, salads, and desserts) were all DELICIOUS and worked so so well together. I should also mention that the amount of food was perfect for my number of guests - we had a few leftovers...but that's what I was hoping for! Highly highly recommend!

I had such an incredible experience with Maggie Cooks. Jane and Maggie’s delicious apps and beautiful presentation was the talk of my sons baptism for the first hour! The food is delicious and coordinating with Jane before the event was seamless! They came in & set everything up- it was so nice not to worry about that one part of the day. Maggie Cooks catered a bridal shower luncheon for us and if there were more than 5 stars they would get them. Jane was great in every way! She came up with the perfect menu and let me tell you, the food selections were generous, beautifully prepared and presented. and absolutely delicious. They pay such attention to detail and put such care into their creations. All of our guests commented on how delicious the food was. I highly recommend using Maggie Cooks for any food needs, be it a party for 2 or 200, you will be very happy!

It has taken far too long to write this review, but after several in home events/dinners/parties, it is only fitting that we give Maggie Cooks the review it deserves even if that means they may get a little busier and can not cater our next event. When we moved "out to the burbs" a few years ago we wanted to entertain family along with new and old friends. What makes working with Maggie and Jane so great is that they work with you to customize each occasion. Whether you want formal plated courses, passed hors d'oeuvres, or family style brunch, they deliver delicious options time after time. Those of you who would rather enjoy your guests than take credit for the delicious food you are pretending to churn out in the kitchen can hire a server(s) to help. Reasonable prices, quality ingredients, and a business who delivers on what is agreed is all we can ask. Maggie Cooks excels in providing memorable meals and experiences without ever having to leave home.
I recently received a multi night gift certificate for Maggie Cooks. We signed up for the email blast which alerts us to each week's changing menu. Each family member makes their selection which I then forward to Maggie Cooks. I conveniently pick up the items in Westfield and bring home a tremendous meal. We have thoroughly enjoyed every item we have ordered and will continue our patronage of Maggie Cooks once the gift certificate is complete. Once you try them for yourselves I am sure you too will be enjoying many meals and giving out gift certificates to your friends.

My favorite catering place of all time. I’ve used them for Corporate Events as well as personal and I cannot rave about them enough. I’ve tried so many of their dishes and not only has everything always been delicious the presentation is beautiful. From appetizers to main dishes to desserts and even Sandwich and Salad platters Maggie Cooks impresses every time. Love this place!

Maggie Cooks never disappoints. Each year we have a 90+ guests party with a different theme. And every year Jane comes up with appetizers that are not only delicious but catered to fit the theme - Fondue bites for a 60s party, smoked armadillo eggs for a Wild West party, etc. No matter the theme, Maggie Cooks reigns supreme! I can't thank Jane and Maggie enough! We ordered food my son's first birthday. I had no idea how much food was needed but Jane helped with everything. She recommended different options and helped keep the price reasonable. My guests were raving about everything, especially the Orzo Salad with Roasted Vegetables. I would definitely recommend and order again!!
