1st time here and everything seems very good but they had run out of what seemed like half the menu (3 ice creams and the cups for the floteas) so we were limited to what we could get but the stuff we did wind up getting was very good! Will definitely be coming back again.Parking: On street parking only I believe so be wary.

I came to Surreal for ice cream with my family. The service was terrible. They had tables but no chairs to sit. When I asked the worker if he had chairs for the tables he said no. I said so you have tables with no chairs to sit. He said unfortunately yes and did not care. I will never go back here.

Milk tea is overpriced but tastes better than Gong Cha right across the street. Service is soooooo slow though. Even slower when you order online since they never seem to see the order until you get there. Sometimes I stand there then lose my patience and just go to Gong Cha across the street. They also give half the Bubbles that any other milk tea place gives. I still support them though. I just wish they would improve on their service and value for money.
Staff is great, the menu is big and the options all seem great. I love the taro/matcha soft serve with boba. It's just SO EXPENSIVE. Almost unreasonably over priced. I kinda just went for the experience but don't really plan to go back unless I'm celebrating something

This place has potential, good branding and concept. However, the place itself is a huge disappointment and repelling. It’s clear that the shop is very rarely cleaned and is not well kept. Bathroom was filthy and everything was broken (toilet paper holder, paper towel holder, etc…). Bathroom had clearly not been cleaned for a very long time. Ice cream isn’t bad and people working there were nice, but they will lose customers (including myself) given the lack of cleanliness.

So the matcha ( green tea )and taro mix was to die for that’s why I’m giving a 4 star but and awesome mix color together green and purple but the taro has fine gritty texture so don’t expect it to be smooth.. and the Oreo monster blue is very very gritty texture it taste good but i personally love the flavor but I don’t like the texture & if u want smooth n creamy Tatse with no grittyness get the green matcha it’s like green tea ice cream another thing I didn’t like was there kids cup it’s like an adult medium and a medium is like a large it’s pretty pricy and I wish they had a nutritional fact on there products I couldn’t find any where online I thought by law you had to have the nutritional value but I’m not sure I would like if they added that and lowered there price's and to inform ppl that some flavors have a grittyness to them.
