My family bought a certificate recently for a birthday. Went there today on my birthday and put the certificate in with my payment. Watched the server Eric take the gift certificate out of transaction book, crumpled it, threw it out, and charged me full price. He was in my entire view doing this at the bar. He never came back to table. I asked for manager and only a bar manager William was there. I asked them to void my transaction as it was manipulated by Eric. William then charged me again for a new amount and when i asked for a voided receipt on my transaction he said i can’t it’s in my computer. What? So now I’m charged for full cost (as Eric tossed our gift certificate) and then another half amount minus my gift certificate? Will never go here again. RUINED birthday. Literally ruined. So shady. Eventually William printed a receipt but we’ll see if it’s actually a void or refund. Don’t ever use a gift card here and Eric should not be client facing!

Not sure if the nats or the wait staff are worse. Was lovely walking out of the restroom to see the ‘chef’ chewing food (likely from a patrons plate).

It’s a staple in downtown Westfield. I had the salmon dish and it’s always delicious. The staff is solid.

Lovely place. The food was delicious and very fresh. Excellent service. We were a party of 5, and every one of us ordered something different, and we enjoyed our food. Will definitely go back. I highly recommend Sweet Waters Steakhouse.

We've eaten here several times...it seems to get better every visit. The service is great and the food and drinks are fabulous! Filet Mignon was excellent and the mac and cheese was one of the best ever! Can't wait to come back!

Parking was horrific. It took half an hour to find a parking spot three blocks away. It then took twenty minutes after the order was placed to procure our drinks. Don't bother to request a specific steak temperature as they will all arrive medium well which is difficult to enjoy when you order medium rare. Bus staff hovered over the table and cleared plates the second your fork hit the table. We have frequented Sweet Waters in the past and were never disappointed. Perhaps they have gotten greedy and expanded beyond the capacity they can still serve at the previous high level of quality we were expecting. Needless to say we will not be traveling an hour each way to dine at Sweet Waters again.

Phenomenal service, food and drinks. Oysters, colossal shrimp, lamb chops, wine, cocktails, crème brûlée and lava cake. The only thing I can say is that I can't wait to return. Everything was so delicious and seasoned just right. I recommend for a special dinner, birthday or even a date. It was amazing.

Had the misfortune of going this past Saturday for an early Valentine's Day dinner. The restaurant has had recent renovations-so that bar is the focal point of the site. We were seated behind the bar and the waiter station-aka the worst table in the restaurant. Since the new bar is not fully functional, the waiters were travelling all night between a room being utilized as a "bar" and the actual bar. Due to this fact, we had constant foot traffic, which made our dinner unenjoyable. In addition, the bar patrons appeared to have priority over the restaurant patrons when it came to drink orders. Also, having the all-male wait staff congregating and conversing at their station, meant we felt crowded all night. These renovations give the impression that they are striving to be known as a bar instead a traditional steakhouse. Worst experience at a restaurant we both loved.

This was our first visit and overall it was pretty great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the octopus appetizer my husband ordered (he often gets it wherever it's offered) was quite chewy and a little fishy tasting. But it is a steak house, and we both ordered the 8oz. filet. They were SO PERFECTLY medium rare and so delicious. Also enjoyed the sides (baked potato and baked sweet potato and an order of mushrooms). My beet salad was very good but another slice of beet or two would have been nice. Cannot say enough about the excellent service! Wait staff was attentive to every need but not at all obtrusive. Without being asked, our waiter (I'm ashamed I can't recall his name) took the octopus off the bill since my husband didn't eat it. Finished the meal by sharing the chocolate mousse pie. Yum! Great wine list as well. Ordered a favorite we were happy to find there. Overall I have to recommend Sweet Waters.

My husband & I came for dinner and we can say we were more than satisfied. Service was good, and the food was even better. We tried the porterhouse steak for 2. As appetizers we had sautéed shrimp and a beet salad. Will be returning.

Excellent dinner from start to finish. Our server Eric provided excellent recommendations and wine pairings. Steaks and lamb prepared as ordered. Tres Leches dessert was sweet and creamy.
