I've been going to Salad House in Westfield for years - it's a casual place perfect for a quick and tasty meal. I've only ever ordered the fiesta chx salad - it's good and sometimes I like to stick with what I know. The ingredients are relatively fresh - I think sometimes the lettuce is a little soggy - but it's always filling and satisfying. The food is honestly good enough to keep me coming back, plus it's convenient and perfectly placed in the downtown. Not only that, but the price and portion ratio is fairly reasonable. It's definitely not the best I've had, but like I said, it's good enough. I rarely eat in Salad House - it's a clean environment, but would prefer to take my food home. In the summer, I really love eating my lunch outside at their tables on Quimby St, which is always so lovely! Takeout and delivery are also very easy to navigate! Things to keep in mind: - I always like to have a lot of dressing on my salad, so make sure to ask for extra if you feel the same way! - Parking in Westfield can be tricky - you may not get a spot right outside the storefront.

So disappointed in this place. I ordered a big order at 12:50 & eta was 2:06. Never received my order. I called the store and they said no order was in their system after my card was already charged and I also had an order number etc. Very disappointed in this place I wanted so long for the order for it to “never appear in the system”

One thing I can say, do not go when they first open. Let me explain. I got there at 11 o’clock I created my own salad which was $18. My Romain salad smelled and taste like it was left out. The chicken that I ordered was only seven little pieces and the chicken was from the day before. Very disappointed I would not be coming back and the price is outrageous. You could save by just going to the supermarket and buying three items that organic for nine dollars.

Do not get a wrap with chicken, because they put hardly any in it. Total rip off.Update: The company did refund the price of the chicken. They handled it well. Thank you Salad House.... the wrap was tasty even without the chicken. thanks again for the great customer service.
