Little hidden BRUNCH gem of Westfield....Loved that they offer Free coffee while waiting (I had no idea I could've called in sooner).....Also, I wish they had better/more options for Vegeterians.Overall, it was a genuine Brunch Breakfast place. Would go back again !!

Super mid. My potatoes came out looking like they were boiled when they should've been crispy. Coffee looked like it was mass market poured.

Visited here recently with my wife and kids for lunch and was very pleasantly surprised. The place has a great atmosphere, with lots of natural light from the skylights in the center part of the room. I tried the cinnamon roll pancakes, which were outstanding. Tasted just like the Pillsbury cinnamon buns we sometimes make for breakfast in the morning on the weekends. Excellent! My family tried several other varieties of pancakes and all of them were also equally as good. I've only been here one time, but my understanding is there is typically a long wait during the busiest times. There is parking located directly behind the building, both in a private lot that is attached to this business and one other as well as a municipal lot sitting right next to it. The municipal lot is very affordable, with parking costing $1 for 2 hours.

So so so so sloooow. Here is a pro tip, make sure you ask for grease on the side. They are way too over indulgent on the butter, syrup, and anything else that sticks to your bones. Turn around and find another place!

Slow service, took over 20 minutes for the server to greet us and return with water glasses. Greasy food. Everything was just dripping with butter to the point of inedible. Definitely not worth the wait.

Hey Silver Fork Foodies, join me on a brunch adventure at Turning Point, where obsession meets temptation with their seasonal special winter menu!"First up, brace yourself for THE TOASTY GOAT – thick multigrain toast crowned with goat cheese, cinnamon-roasted apples, pomegranate seeds, candied walnuts, and a heavenly honey drizzle. Now, let's dive into the SOUTHERN COMFORT CRUMB CAKES – southern-style pancake bliss. Imagine cinnamon swirl pancakes, generously adorned with homemade whiskey sauce (no alcohol, I promise), cinnamon-roasted apples, and crumb cake crumbles."And for the grand finale, savor the GERMAN CHOCOLATE LATTE – a mocha espresso masterpiece, infused with coconut syrup, and crowned with whipped cream, coconut flakes, and a seductive caramel drizzle. But wait, the temptation doesn't end there! The seasonal menu also boasts a power-up grain bowl that's on my must-try list along with Dixie Benedicts. Yes, I'm obsessed with Turning Point – where Fresh is always best![Closing shot: Turning Point logo and contact information]Host: "Turning Point – your brunch obsession begins here. I’ve been a few times and wanted to give Turning Point a fair shake before making a judgement call. For all the family restaurants and businesses in the area, Turning Point just isn’t worth your time or money. Fabricated wait times to pump up hype for lukewarm overpriced food. The staff is not to blame, management just doesn’t really care because the location and “vibe” will always bring in money. I’m a local, and have entered the location with my wife (several times), with a dozen tables clearly available, only for them to tell us and the other 6 people waiting in the cramped “waiting area” it will be a 50 minute wait. When you do wait, say because, this time your mother is coming to visit, you’re waiting to be served for about 30 minutes. You better get your order in now, because if you need more time it’ll be an hour before you eat. Once you get your food, it is a complete coin toss whether or not your food will be cooked all the way through, or your utensils will be clean. Oh, and that undercooked “bowl” you went with has raw peppers and potatoes in it. You waited 2 hours for this.In summation, spend your money at literally any other diner or brunch spot in Westfield (many of which are family owned and could actually use your business) unless you just want to impress your friends with the “vibe” of this place. Save for some new management, there’s just no saving it.

The food is fantastic and the price is great; this combination means they get busy and it can take some time to get service.Parking: There is a city lot across the street that is 50 cents a hour. The street spots are usually pretty full.Kid-friendliness: We brought a stroller in and they have high chairs.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s a one story restaurant that exits right onto the street, there shouldn’t be an issue.

Interesting menu with good food overall. The hot chocolate was not the best with most of the sweetness coming from the whipped cream on top. Everything else was good but not remarkable. The service was friendly and attentive. Parking is on the street or in the small lot behind the restaurant.
