He scheduled the delivery in 40min. but I’m still waiting: already 1hr. and 34 minutes!!!After 2 hrs. and a lot of lies (one of them: they could not find my house!!! which is located on a main county road) I called and spoke with the manager. He asked me if I still want my order or a refund; my mistake: I chose refund. As of today, and probably after 10-12 calls I still didn't get the money back = $39.

Worst pizzeria in the USA!!! I placed my order at 8:02pm, the system said it would take around 50 minutes, I waited 1 hour, after another 10 minutes I called again, they said it had already left for delivery!! I waited another 20 minutes and it didn't arrive! I called again, they said they started making the pizza at that moment!! LIARS!! COWARDS!! SCAMMERS!!! IDIOTS!!!

Literally was just robbed by this location.Horrific service. I tried to order a menu item and they didn’t have it and REFUSED to refund me and only gave me a credit for the SAME ITEM that they will probably never have in stock. Then I check and they didn’t even give me the credit! Absolutely unreal. If you want to be stolen from and left hungry this a great Dominos location! If not GO ANYWHERE ELSE!

Horrible manager / service .I ordered a pie thinking the store was open apparently it was closed so I tried to cancel my order the following moring but I was having a hard time . I was staying at hotel so I checked out by 10:30amI i then get a call at 1:20 pm saying my order was delivered to the front desk but I clearly didn’t get the order since I was no longer at the hotel .I called and spoke to the manager and he refused to refund me I’m explaining the situation and he still resufed so I’ll have to contact my bank and dispute this as I mentioned to the manager he response was I won’t get my money back and that he would block my number .Dominos should choose there mangers better I’m a manager myself and he clearly doesn’t know how to be one .

I had the best seafood dish I've ever tasted at this restaurant. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were perfectly balanced. Can't wait to go back.
Five stars all the way around. Came in super clutch for football Sunday at Matt’s house. The crew in there whipped up a few fresh pies and did it with a smile. The person at the counter was telling me a funny store as he was ringing me up. The shape of the store is really cool too. Can’t really describe it, but it’s almost like a hut (guess you can say it’s a “Pizza Hut” haha). Great parking lot too with an myriad of spots available for all pizza goers.

Worst Dominos I have ever ordered from. They always get my deliveries wrong and I have to go to the store. I asked for a manager and he was very unprofessional and sloppy. This place needs major improvement or shut down.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The absolutely worst experience with fast food delivery/ customer service EVER! Trust and believe every negative review here! I placed an order and after waiting hours was told they cancelled my order! On top of that they didn't refund my card that was charged. They sent an emailed offer for 1 free pizza (my order was over $40)! When I tried to claim the free pizza 2 weeks later it was denied because it was over 7 days since the offer. When I called the store to ask for my refund I was met with a disgusting unprofessional attitude from the supposed store manager who hung up on me several times! I just can't believe that they canceled my order and didn't automatically refund my card and then had the nerve to give me an attitude! Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place!

If i could give a 0 star review i would. The staff were so incredibly lazy and rude. When i asked for the garlic sauce they forget to give me, they threw the sauce onto the counter and made it seem like it was my fault they forgot it.I would suggest going to the Norwood Dominoes instead of this one. Never going to this Dominoes again. The staff ruined it for me
