First of all, if you look at the bad reviews for this place they have nothing to do with the ice cream. Its all about not taking credit cards. This was my go-to childhood ice cream spot for me and my friends 35 years ago when I was a teen. Finally brought my son there for the first time to experience it. It was great. Just like I remember. I haven't been here in more years than I care to admit. It hasn't changed much. Friendly young employees working hard to get all the kids and adults their treats. My hard ice cream flavor Black Raspberry was perfect in a waffle cinema. Just as good as I remembered it. My kids enjoyed their selections as well. Great place. Only concern was parking as it was packed that night. Worth the trip from The Ville for sure.

How have I never reviewed a place that I have been going to for YEARS?! Honestly the best ice cream around. I know many have their own opinions on other places within a good radius of Polar Cub, but nothing has ever topped them and I have been to them all! Good price, good portion sizes. I even used to get extras for the dogs (when I had dogs). Nice little seating area as well. My preference here is definitely a good strawberry sundae with Soft Vanilla Ice Cream.
