“I recommend this place for goat biryani. We had dine-in and for 8 people they gave us seat of 6 and we experienced bit chaos. This was done after reservation so pleases mind that their reservation system is not so great. Overall it was good experience after all.“

The food was buffet style and very good. I don't know the history of this building, but it looks like it may be an old pub style structure from many years ago. It is well kept. If we didn't live an hour and a half away, we would visit more often.“

“I'm a big fan of Joe's Pizza. I've had their pizza on a few occasions and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the service is always quick. The plain pizza and the penne vodka pizza are two of my favorites. The penne vodka pizza is fully loaded with excellent vodka sauce, a crisp base, and crunchy-crisp crust. The plain is fantastic and features a salty, buttery cheese and an amazing sauce. Joe's is definitely one of my go-to's in the Flemington area.“

We ordered a sesame bagel with cream cheese and BEG on a plain bagel and both were perfectly portioned, heated and filled. The taste was perfect in toastiness to soft texture. “Stopped off after visiting our daughter at college was greated and seated immediately. Our hostess/server was helpful and attentive! We ordered massaman curry and pad lard nar both with chicken. Was offered lunch or dinner portion we chose lunch. Loved the peanut salad that came with our meal. The portions were awesome and yummy. I had level 3 spice on curry and it was perfect. Only regret is we wished we lived closer! Highly recommend especially if you are local!“

“I'm not really from the Flemington area but man do I love to visit areas and find gems in the rough. Not only was this place a vibe but the service was second to none . Me and a friend sat at the bar because it was super busy and received the best service. You would think that because they were busy they might try to rush your order but it was the opposite. I forget the women's name but she treated us like we were the only ones there because it was our first time. I got to try everything and there sours are top notch. I definitely plan on coming back and buying some in the cans.“

Each time, the food was far above my expectations regarding restaurants in Hunterdon County. You would think from the name of the place that it was simply the standard Italian fare, and you would be mistaken. There are Asian, Mediterranean, and American influences as well, making the selection very well rounded, and everything is prepared and presented with obvious care and attention to detail. “I think this is my second or third review of Azzurro. My wife and I live in the Lehigh Valley in Pennsylvania and drive 42 miles to Peapack at least twice a month (although this week we were there twice) to dine at the best Mediterranean/Italian restaurant in N.J. We have several Mediterranean/Italian favorite restaurants in N.J. All run by Albanians. However, Azzurro is just a touch above the others. The quality of food is outstanding (Rigatoni Azzurro and Eggplant Parmigiana are standouts) with all entrees cooked to order (pasta true al'dente). Prices are very reasonable with excellent desserts priced at $7. The servers are total professionals and attentive. The restaurant is roomy, clean and have nice paintings on the wall. And to top it off, it's BYOB. We just love the place. We have not met the owner but have repeatedly pleaded with the servers to tell the owner to open a restaurant in the Lehigh Valley or at least closer to Pennsylvania. Bob and Linda“

“I placed an order for pick up. Everything we ordered was delicious. The mozzarella sticks were so good. Never have I ever picked up an order brought it home and the sticks were still hot. When you bit into them them were still stringy. My boys bit into one and can pull the cheese out as long as there arm. Highly recommend!“

“We were there for breakfast today, January 14, 2024 and the service and the breakfast the weight staff everyone went out of their way as they always do for their customers. Unfortunately, there was youth groups that showed up and left the door open which was making customers freeze they clogged up the entryway, you would’ve thought that they would’ve called ahead for such large people to show up at a diner on a Sunday morning. But the staff there did the best they could with seating to regular customers and accommodating the large groups that came in kudos to Hillsborough star diner, and their staff.“

The host and waitress were Beyond thoughtful, always saying excuse me, checking on drink needs consistently, made sure I had my extra salsa, the food was Delicious and they were so kind and friendly - always smiling "its so beautiful out today!" And "hope you have a nice day!". I returned alone for lunch afew days later, sat indoors (cute decor and clean tables), ordered the same item and got a single portion this time, still Delicious! Got some items i saw in the menu that wpuld change every few seconds and when i asked for one of the items they asked me which kind which wasnt in the description so was a bit confusing but pleasantly suprised it all turned out more than well and tasted great. The new owner has transformed the restaurant into something completely different, with its own unique identity, but kept the charm of the original building, which we love. The string bean salad with beets, and the Lobster ravioli entree special with shrimp and scallops, served in a vodka sauce, was my favorite.
