Would love to post about the food but sadly we were told they were closing...at noon. Google says 3pm and their signs say 2pm but still ,we were turned away at noon.

We had a great day but there is something that needs to improve! Great food and place, but good customer service is important!

After my son and I had our morning workout at the boardwalk, we wanted to get some breakfast so decided to order here for takeout. Upon entering, I noticed employees did not wear any masks which didn't bother me to much but to be transparent, they are not following guidelines mandated by the state.I placed our breakfast to go and stayed outside the restaurant for some fresh air. Soon our order is ready and we took it back to our hotel to eat. Back at the hotel and as were getting ready to eat, I noticed they didn't give us toast which is part of our breakfast combo meal. I didn't want to fuss over it was this shows the lack of attentive service. We open our breakfast containers and were disappointed with supposedly our home fries. It was just fried chopped up potatoes and totally not what we expected. The sausages, eggs were okay. My son's omelette was fine. The French toast was nothing that the menu pictured look like...no sugar powder or whipped cream. Overall it's edible breakfast, but definitely not worth it with so many other breeder spot and for less $$$

Not wearing masks. Waitress was coughing all over everything. Not friendly. The food was good.

Homefries were flavored and crispy and salted, didn’t have to touch them. The hard roll for my BEC, was soft n fresh. So far the best breakfast I’ve had in the 5 days I’ve been here!

The food was very good, but the service was not the best. I would recommend the western omelet.

I came in Monday morning to grab a to go breakfast sandwich.. the girl working the counter was less than friendly
I feel guilty writing this because of the pandemic and knowing how businesses have struggled. So I urge anyone reading this to try Bannon’s cafe and decide for themselves on the quality. I will say I do not order the orange juice. I’m not sure what brand they use, but it tastes like sugar-free (water), and you get a small kids sized cup for $3 of barely orange juice. I ordered pancakes with chocolate chips. I hoped the chips would be cooked in, but they were on top. (Not a huge deal just forewarning for anyone else.) I also ordered a side of scrapple. The scrapple cooked perfectly, but the taste was just okay I’ve had better. With scrapple, it’s important to buy a good brand. My husband ordered eggs, and they looked good! I was personally put off by one server wearing a mask and the other not wearing a mask. Then the second server took her mask off halfway through our meal. I know some people do not believe in wearing them. However, for those of us following the guidelines set out by the state, it’s uncomfortable. The owner was also not wearing a mask. Again, I’m not a big fan of the mask. But I think businesses should follow the guidelines, and I was wearing my mask the whole time except for a while I was eating.
