Was disappointed by the food this year. 20 bucks for fried ravioli.. the tomatoes sauce was very watery and bland. Fried flunder was dry as a bone. Service was wonderful and accommodating but the food was just disappointing.

I didn't think it was possible to ruin Italian food. I had the lobster ravioli special and it was bland and had shells in it. We were universally disappointed as a party of 6 diners. Homemade pasta wasn't good. The peas with the tortellini were canned. Just sad!

The room was smelling, and the service was terrible! The appetizers come after the main dish, two times they try to clean the table, seeing us eating. And they charged 20% tip on a group of 5 persons plus 3% for using credit card!No more!

Pros: 1 - Good food. We got fried calamari, clams, pasta Penne a'la vodka, everything cooked well. 2 - Decent size portions.Cons: 1 - Atmosphere. It was just a total havoc. Moving tables, waiters running, felt like a big chain restaurant. 2 - No alcohol served, that's a setback when you are on vacation, please. 3 - Prices, that three dishes dinner was quite pricey, I tell you that. They add a tip to the bill, I personally hate that, seriously, that's cheating. If you are looking for a nice cozy dinner without scull-splitting screaming of kids, moving tables, silver clatter, with a few glasses of wine/beer, this place is not for you.

Expensive even for Wildwood, the food was just okay but nothing special. The portions are at least quite large. Server was very friendly and accommodating. They add a 3% fee for credit cards to the bill before you pay, even if you're paying cash you have to ask to get it removed, it's easy to miss it if you aren't paying attention.

The guy and lady up front were not friendly. They automatically add 20% tip to party so service naturally diminishes. Food was very good. Everyone was happy about the food. This was my experience.

Traditional stop as we love the host, food, atmosphere. This time was disappointed with the waitress as she wasn't very friendly. My biggest issue was the bill - there was a $4.99 credit card fee, but I paid cash. I asked and was told the computer automatically puts it on and did I want it removed. Umm, yes. She rolled her eyes. Check your bill or the waitstaff/restaurant gets an extra $4.99.

Loud. Nicely decorated. Food is consistently good. Has take out. Center area of first dining room is up one step so if mobility is an issue let them know when giving your name. They provide an ice bucket and wine glasses if you bring your own wine. They have mock tail drinks if you want to add your own shot. Our family favorite is the Pasta Giovanni (garlic cream sauce with sun dried tomato, fresh red pepper, broccoli, and thin sliced grilled chicken on penne) but other dishes we’ve had have also been delicious. Take out includes Parmesan cheese if an order would use it. Fresh baked bread and butter packets. Individual salads with house dressing that is so good

Waited 40 minutes. Finally we were seated and then found out they don't serve alcohol. Wish we had known we had to bring our own as there really wasn't any signs that stated that. The decor and atmosphere was very nice. The appetizers and salad were good although expensive frozen then fried mozzarella sticks are hard to mess up. However out of 4 dinners, all 4 had no flavor. It was prime rib night but the meat was chewy and definitely not center cut. Pasta with clams was gritty and despite being smothered in sauce all you could taste was plain boiled pasta. Alfredo sauce was the same way, bland. It was not worth the wait or the expensive bill. And they automatically added the credit card surcharge without asking.

We absolutely loved this place. The atmosphere and food make it a great place for dinner in Wildwood. We knew they had to have great food bc when we arrived there was a terrible thunderstorm happening. People waiting for tables stood outside in the thunderstorm until they were called. It is definitely worth the wait. The ambiance inside is very lively and loud. The music can probably be turned down a notch since you have to talk over it but otherwise it’s a fun place to eat and enjoy authentic Italian food.

Top notch Italian cuisine. The place runs like a well-oiled machine. The maitre d is friendly and highly efficient. The value is excellent for what you get. My wife Liz and our family always eat here and we are never disappointed.

We come here every year since they opened and they NEVER disappoint! The Food is PHENOMENAL! We celebrate my Mother’s Birthday every year with them and they ALWAYS sing Happy Birthday. The owner is the most kindest most caring person you’ll ever meet! Their Early Bird Special is perfect portion size. This is a MUST if you’re in Wildwood.
