Small hotel right across the street from the convention center. They do have a bar on first floor. Don't expect much.

the rooms are getting redone bathrooms looked nice..maid service opened our door everyday and left it unlocked. that was quite a disappointment.. lucky nothing was taken. then on Sunday they unlocked it we closed and locked it then they unlocked it again. very strange. tiki bar is fantastic and so us Beth the bartender...good times.we will be back but ill be bringing one of my cameras for the room.

Their cleaning contractor stole my AirPods out of the room, and I tracked them to the business that they use for cleaning. "Coleman Property Care" I guess the hotel was not at fault here technically but they didnt offer any help when I called about this.The rooms are sub par and dirty. The only saving grace of this hotel is its proximity to the beach. I would recommend looking elsewhere

Location is great. All staff that I came across were nice. Rooms are 12' x 12' with no table or chairs. Room was outdated and kinda dirty. Bed seemed newer and was very comfortable. Bar is a JOKE and very expensive. Can't bring any drinks to pool area because they want to sell there drinks...even if you are a guest at the hotel. I would not recommend. I really can't get over how tiny the room was.

Staff is great and helpful. Location(less than 5mins from boardwalk is perfect from the beach. Unfortunately I cheaped out by getting one of their "retro room" room at only $209/night. That room looked Nothing like the more modern room pictures posted on the review section. My room had 2 double bed with damp.sheet, stained rug, a small fridge and an ikea side bed table. Very basic and minimal. The paint on the wall peeling all.over or badly patched, deadbolt and door hinges were rusted. Loose outlet wall plates....inonly blame myself as I got what I paid for but won't make that mistake again. Also 13 parking spot behind hotel only. They were all taken. There's second bigger lot about. A block away which was also full the first night I checked in so had to park on the street with the risk of getting a ticket. I was able to find a spot in that second lot the next day as lot behind hotel was still full.Rooms: Some are very outdated and bare.Walkability: Less than 5 mins from boardwalk

This staff at the hotel was amazing. Super friendly and helpful. We had some issues with our room but they made sure to try and fix it right away and gave us options. I will definitely keep this hotel on my list of places to stay if I come back!

OK SOthis hotel really didn’t slay.the pics of the rooms are the newly remodeled section of the hotel. they are spacious with couches and have balconies. the room we were put in was old but it did have two beds and a mini fridge and a really nice bathroom, but it was small and we didn’t even have a microwave.service was alright ig. didn’t stand out. however they did let my bro’s baseball team stay an hour after closing one night so that was nice.and the location was spot on. we were there for beach blast and we only had to walk across the street.all the hallways smelled like smoke as well, and the public bar at the bottom was super rowdy and loud until closing.fun weekend and the hotel didn’t exactly ruin in, but it could be better and we prob won’t stay here next year. also not worth the money.

There was no microwave in the room as promised. The air condition filter was disgusting, I had to complain, remove it and have them clean it. It had not been cleaned in years. If you go to the ghetto Tiki Bar be aware that the bartender will pour you a double drink, if she ask you if you want it on the rocks. It is their way of charging you for two drinks in one. They also include their tip on the printed bill. You cannot tip whatever you like. Room looked like a throw back from the 70s and have never been updated or renovated. Over priced to say the least.

Would give 4-5 stars but the room was okay in my opinion, looks very nice it is small I purchased the Deluxe Queen Bedroom. My only Con to this room would be that the room floor was dirty. You can literally feel how dirty the floor is when barefoot, the coffee machine also was dirty but, the hotel location is great. The beach is across the street and also they have a pool with a bar ( con to this is that it’s open to the public but that’s just my opinion as to why I don’t like that).

Clean hotel, friendly staff, arrived early staff let us park car there while we walked boardwalk and called to let us check in early. Clean pool closes early at 8pm wish it'd stay open till at least 10pm during summer. Some updates done to bathroom and bedroom. Kitchen not updated. Small college dorm size fridge but worked for us. Would definitely stay here again. Across street from beach, boardwalk and convention center.

The Oceanic is a wonderful atmosphere and the hotel is constantly doing upgrades each off season to make a better experience. I stayed in one of the cottages again this year. The rooms look great and the accommodations were good. The staff was very pleasant to deal with and the rooms were clean.

When I arrived at the hotel, despite them being really busy checking people in, they were very welcoming and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and many nice restaurants. I enjoyed the pool and tiki bar. My only complaint was the bartendar at the tiki bar. She was not very friendly. Despite that, we enjoyed our stay there and would come back again.

The filthiest place I ever stayed. I booked through hotel.Combe cause of the reviews. I got 2 rooms for myself and granddaughter who brought her infant baby. The rooms are not what you see on line. They are old & dated, looks like a reformatory. The carpet was so dirty and stained like p*** stains, dirty towels. Also ants in the bed and thousands of them in my bathroom. The day clerk women was rude and screamed in my face when I complained about the filthiness of the rooms. The only employee there that tried to help was a young kid on the night shift. They hotel allows smoking on the balcony’s and stairwells. I had an old corona bottle with cigarette butts filled on my balcony from previous guests. Do not stay here, they also allow everyone to use the pool as long as they are drinking at the bar. I can’t stress enough not to stay here. I am turning them into the board of health on Monday morning 7/17/2023. This place should be shutdown. I have pictures and videos of the filth and the red ants in my bed and bathroom. I have a video of the 100’s of ants in my bathroom. By this time I broke down an cried. Also where shoulder pads to protect your should when your pushing to get the door to open.
