The place is great and the bagels are great. The face of this place is Dina!!!!!!!! She is the only person in this place with customer service skills, something non existent today. Always with a smile , knows her customers with their first name, greets them, smiles all the time and actually says thank you. It's one of the reason, I go back to this place. Great bagels overall.

My favorite bagel place in the area! Not only are all of their bagels and cream cheeses flavorful, they have the best self service iced coffee area. I prefer theirs over chain places. Staff is always friendly, greeting everyone that comes in. Dina at the front is friendly and always smiling, making us feel well taken care of. The place itself is huge with lots of seating, bright, and clean.

This place has so much potential if they were to reassess the woman behind the counter and her snarky behavior. We often try to go here for the sake of convenience but I honestly cannot take the awful service. As someone who worked in the food industry, I’m continuously shocked at how each experience gets worse. I tried calling for a bagel pick up and it’s as if we’re an inconvenience - not a valued customer. I tried to ask to confirm the order and she cut me off and said “yup got it” and when we picked it up- the order was still messed up! I understand that mistakes happen and people have off days but this isn’t the first time and unfortunately probably won’t be the last based on other customers who seem to have the same issue.

Unfortunately, my recent experience at Goldberg’s was marred by the extremely unfriendly and unkind attitude of one particular employee. From the moment I approached the counter, their pretentious demeanor was evident. Not only were they unhelpful, but their lack of basic courtesy made my visit thoroughly unpleasant. What's even more disappointing is that this is not an isolated incident; it has happened several times before. Despite living in the same town as the bagel place, I'd rather drive to another state than endure such treatment. It's disheartening to encounter such poor customer service in what should be a welcoming environment. I hope management addresses this issue promptly to ensure that future customers are not subjected to such treatment. Go here if you want to be mistreated and get the wrong order.

Walking into this establishment the vibe was extremely negative. You say hello and smile and you get nothing back I highly recommend finding someone else for your counter. The person there is completely miserable with a huge Puss on her face the entire interaction it was very uncomfortable dealing with her to be honest. No smiling so unfriendly so unprofessional so cold. Not the kind of place I would ever want to go back into.

Bagels were on point! and the company i work for had a huge order. Nolan helped me bring the 3 bags to my car....didnt have to do that, but he insisted....great service....thanks again Nolan

This place has my all-time favorite bagels. Even though I live in Seattle, my husband and I come back to see family every year for the holidays and the tradition is getting bagels from here the morning after Christmas day. This year it blew even our high expectations away because we got warm bagels, fresh out of Their oven. The bagels are so soft and puffy and if you let them cool a little bit, they will be a little bit crusty on the outside, but remains soft on the inside. They have the best flavors and texture. I love these, and I have not found any other bagels that can match these.

Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The service was horrible, the staff seemed disinterested, and the overall atmosphere was quite unpleasant. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The bagels are excellent here when fresh. It has a decent taste and the chewiness of the dough is so yummy. I enjoy all the bagels here. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good too. Get it with a hash brown in your sandwich and you won't regret it. Now for the lunch menu I'm not too big of a fan. It's ok but the breakfast is the main event

A friend recommended Goldberg's and I was not disappointed! The bagels are great, and I LOVE the women who took my order. I had to ask her name (Lori). She was so professional and sweet and made me feel at home as a first time customer. There was another women who works the counter, but I have to say that I got a very different and not so professional vibe from her. I decided that whenever I go back to make sure that Lori is there to take my order.Parking: There is free street parking in front of the store, but it is tough to get a spot on the weekends which is when I went.
