I hear nothing but great reviews about this place. I decided to try it today 4-10-22. I tried the Greek burger. Let me say the burger was dry it seemed like they rushed to put the burger together. There was to be tazeki sauce on the burger that was no where to be found. For 30$ for 2 burgers there will be no chance in hell I'm coming back to this place. I wish mob burger sees this review and fixes their burgers. I wish the company nothing but the best.

Stopped in for some burgers. Found close parking on the same street though it did say 1 hour parking. The staff was friendly. The prices were okay, though you saw depending on what you got they could get very high. They have a lot of burger options! We ordered 2 burgers, and a mess of a fries dish. Food came out in about 15 minutes. Fries were covered in onion, bacon, cheese and sauce. It was very good but you can see it was more toppings than actual fries underneath. We each ordered it medium and it came out just as such. My bfs burger was really good. Had jalapeños that meshed perfectly on it. My burger however had no real flavor unfortunately. We both agreed. I just didn't taste any seasonings on the burger itself. I slathered it in the sauce then, so overall it was then good.

1) The food was good enough to keep ordering from them even when the delivery driver doesn't deliver to my apartment door. The folks down in the lobby told me that the delivery person said '$4 tip isn't good enough to deliver up to the apartment.'2) They replaced my NY Strip bowl with 'regular steak' bowl but decided to give a little more steak. The NY strip bowl is $34.95, while the regular steak bowl is $17.99. 3) I called the restaurant because I was not too happy with the above events happening again. The restaurant representative told me to "f&%$ off" and slid in the 'n-word' to cap it off. I've ordered multiple times from this place because the food was actually decent. But the recent experience is just disappointing.

Every time I order from The Taco Shop, I'm never disappointed. The beef tacos are great and the veggie quesadillas are amazinggg!!! The fried Oreos are also delicious! Highly recommend.

Pricey, but I got the most perfect burger. Everything was fresh. The Bun was amazingly fresh too. Very noticeable. My first time in my life that I ate a burger and noticed how good the bun tasted along with it.

I ignored the reviews and gave this place a chance. A waste of time. Order was canceled and they dont even notify you. The next day i called for a refund and they basically tell you to go take it up with grubhub. I called grubhub and they said my order was never canceled but they still issued a refund thankfully. Thanks for wasting my time mob burger team :)

Good food but their delivery driver is a lunatic. He does not follow contactless delivery instructions and will curse you out for it. I witnessed him banging heavily on my door through my camera. When I complained to the restaurant he actually told me to meet him at the restaurant to fight him. Good luck to him with that. What a complete neanderthal. I called the restaurant to report it. They lied and said it was a grubhub driver instead of accepting responsibility, but it is indeed their own driver, so they're not trustworthy either. They need to find a competent adult human to do their deliveries and stop BSing customers. They're clearly not interested in improving. You can see plenty of 1 star reviews on all platforms including one on Google from just a week ago where the owner responds condescendingly to a customer's criticism with laughing emojis. They spam fake 5 star reviews to offset them.

BE AWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! If you are hungry and want some delivery from them, oh trust me. You will never get your food. Not only that, you would have to speak to this rude guy on the phone who gives you the worst nasty attitude and fight for your money back. He will try his best not to give you refund and not to correct the mistake. Read all the reviews on delivery apps, they have a ton of reviews about delivery not showing up or go missing, and this 'guy's worst attitude with customers!!!!!

Mob burger has canceled orders I have made twice and have delivered orders hours before the scheduled time. When the delivery was made hours before the scheduled time, they lied and told me the order had just been dropped off(I had been at work) but I have cameras and I know exactly when my order was delivered. I know it is not the delivery services fault as they deliver the orders they are given. I received notification of the orders being canceled right when they were supposed to be delivered. They are unreliable, will never order from them again.

BE AWARE THEY OFFER DELIVERY MUCH FURTHER THAN THEY SHOULD We're in Jersey City and ordered on seamless not knowing how far away this place. After waiting TWO AND A HALF HOURS we contacted seamless and they assumed the order been lost. They finally and dropped off the nasty cold food in front of our door. Then they came back ten minutes later, asked for it back, and made us out to be crooks. Tried to pin the whole thing on the poor delivery guy and make him pay for $50 worth of food. Whole thing could have been solved if they didn't offer to deliver to such far away places! UPDATE: the story changed about ten times from there. Manager made himself out to be a martyr and said he was going to pay the deliver guy out of his tips. Blamed the delivery radius on "the company", but this is a mom and pop place and if you read their other reviews lots of people complain about the delivery radius. Not sure what the truth is.

You need to hire a more polite professional staff. Maybe some training on how to talk to customers. I used to refer this place until recently. The staff left a bitter sweet taste I’m never coming back or referring this place to anyone again

I was looking forward to trying this place and am extremely disappointed. I ordered the Capo Burger ( Mac and cheese burger ) and was nothing like what I expected. The bread was stale, old , not good. The Mac and cheese had a fishy smell , it said applewood smoked bacon but it was bacon bits in the Mac and cheese. The onion rings are not fresh, they are frozen. Rather than focusing on cooking one excellent thing they have 4 restaurants in 1 store. From this I wouldn't try any of them.
