I came here for lunch the other day and this Wendy's location disappointed me. The website is really bad and it took me over 20 minutes to find what I wanted to order online. I ordered a burger, milkshake and chili. I came on time but had to wait 10 minutes to get my food and I was really in a hurry so it was frustrating to wait. The server called my name and handed me a tray with my food even though I asked for a to-go order. The server didn't seem to care and could have been nicer. When I came back and unpacked my bag, I noticed I never got my chili even though I paid for it. They can do a much better job

This restaurant is dirty with very customer unfriendly staff. You feel absolutely not welcome. The food was cold and clearly not fresh. Best avoid this place.

I understand the concepts of fast food, but at the same time, if you have a few prepers behind the line and granted, I do not know how many online orders you are going thru, but I don't see why my food should still come out cold if there no one inside waiting. I going to give 4 stars because the restaurant was clean and bright. Something to be cheerful about. ?

Disrespectful EmployeesBecause the Manager teaches them to be Rude and not care about the Customers ????????Our Amerucan Restaurants has become a Disrespectful & a Disgrace to us is so sad we built them and we get treated so DisrespectfulI say shut all Wendy's down everyone I go to don't speak English and they will never give e you everything you ordered and payed for ....When u tell them ur missing food they get mad at u .....Hello I'm here at the counter and the same in the dri e threws...throws....Shut them all down ????

For Veteran's Day, we decided to see what Wendy's breakfast was all about since it was a free meal for vets. The honey butter chicken biscuit sounded good but the chicken wasn't crispy and the biscuit was a little stodgy. Honey butter kind of tasted artificial. The potatoes were so greasy it soaked through to the bag but they were decently crispy. Black coffee = standard fast food coffee.

Do not come here when you're really hungry. The employees are slower than shit. Counter worker is working drive thru and inside. He took my order and didn't put it in the register. The employee finally comes back and asks me if I wanted a #3, which is what I had told him I wanted. Two minutes later I get my husband and I get our orders and my husband had ordered about 10 minutes before I did.
