I think so far this is one of the best chinese foods in central jersey that I ever had. They have really good dumplings with shrimp. Also my picky eater child enjoyed the half duck peking sauce.
Went last night I to Bamboo China in Manalapan, NJ just off RT. 9 South. I was told of this great find by a gentleman at a local car repair center, who he gave Bamboo China raving reviews. And he was right. The place is simple, very clean and ridiculous inexpensive. We are traditionalist when it come to Chinese food. Awesome dumplings, very well cooked. Lo mein was also good. General tso tofu was not as flavorful as I'd like, but still ok. Eggroll was delicious. I deem this a superior Chinese food spot.
