I experienced some of the worst service I have ever received in my life. Not only were the staff rude, but they also neglected to inform multiple customers about issues with the chicken nuggets, resulting in an almost 30-minute wait. Every time we asked about our food or anyone else asked about there food, they assured us it would be out in 2 minutes. Additionally, the staff seemed incompetent, as we had to repeat our order multiple times, only for them to still manage to mess it up. They even asked if we wanted sauce with our food, but then neglected to enter it into the POS or read the order correctly. It's baffling that I can go to a Chick-fil-A drive-through, order meals for 5 people, and have my food in 3 minutes, but this place took 30 minutes for just 4 items.

We stopped here around 10.45 pm. to get some rest and food . The staff is friendly and working to attend customers. There are a lot of people at this time on a weekedY. The area is kept clean. We ordered 30 nuggets, spicy, and grilled chicken sandwiches. They made a fresh batch of suggestions and got to us in 5 minutes. Overall, it was a great experience. The food tasted good too for a service area stop.

Ordered 12 piece nuggets and grilled nuggets. Food took almost 20 minutes and grilled nuggets were not up to standard, had lots of extra matter as if grilled had not been cleaned. My son’s chicken nuggets had a lot of stringy fats still on chicken pieces. Fries had been ready and sitting for 20+ minutes so we’re not as good as well. Might as well go for one of the other food options here where you can count on poor quality.

My son was there visiting today while on a truck stop and while I was on the phone with him listening, I heard the cashier being very rude!! It was shocking to me because Chick fil A employees is held to a higher standard of professionalism!! My son is a well mannered young Melanin young Man and he is very respectable! While listening to the cashier who was attending him it angered me the way she spoke to him! Of course me being a Mama Bear I wanted him to put me on speakerphone! However my son persona is to most always take control of a situation, in a mature manner and not old me No it’s okay! Maybe they’re having a bad day Ms! I felt the need to comment on the experience my son endured and share it!! Although he took the higher route not All will!WOULD HAVE PUT NO STARS IF I COULD!WORST CHICK FIL A CHAIN EVER

Unfortunately, we had a negative experience at this restaurant. Our order was missing items, and had some gross crunchy things on both entrees. Since they didn't have a phone number listed, I called corporate to try to connect with the location, but haven't heard back after two attempts over 3 weeks.

Rude service when attempting to use a chick fil a gift card, wasn't aware that it's not a real chick fil a so once they showed me the sign I got over that. However very rude girls behind the desk, and there was hair in my sweet tea, so I just tossed it and left.
