Attitude from 3 hostesses upon arrival let it go so I can enjoy my meal to then get nasty runny eggs that looked nasty af to then have the waiter start catching an attitude for having to have the cook make another set of eggs. Marked this spot as a never return. Do better ?
Loved it!My brother prefers Denny's over IHOP, and he treated us allI hadn't been to Denny's since Circuit City was a booming business in Emeryville, CA.Thoroughly enjoyed my buttermilk pancakes, sliced ham, and the sausage was not your average sausage! It makes other sausages bland. Had a little kick, and a lot of flavor!Eggs tasted like eggs used to taste like.Buttermilk were really buttermilk pancakes, texture and flavor from old school, long ago. If I didn't mention the warmed syrup AND butter, forgive me! To! Die! For!Our waitress was WONDERFUL! Been there a while. As a former waitress, I always tip more than 20%, when we are treated very well, and I did!The atmosphere was very enjoyable. Slow, not crowded. Very family oriented. No wild child children - very respectful children.Enjoy, and please don't forget to tip your waitstaff. Times are harder and soon, they too will be replaced by robots, as some restaurants have already begun using robots to deliver food to the tables ?Vegetarian options: My brother eats primarily vegetarian meals, but with fish and egg whites. This is why he prefers Denny'sParking: Wasn't crowded. Enough parking when we visited.Wheelchair accessibility: Mother's in a wheelchair but we pulled her in her rolling walker instead.

The hashbrowns tasted like they used old oil.I asked for cheddar cheese scrambled into my eggs, and got yellow American cheese on top of my eggs !Very disappointedThe only good thing was our waiter, Trevor !He was very attentative to our needs, friendly courteous.Won't eat at this Danny's any more.Aven, New Jersey

Not very clean, cups, utensils have spots all over, not well cleaned. Tables need to wiped well and the ketchup and steak sauce and syrup bottles need to be cleaned. It's just not the same.
