Ordered a large iced latte at the drive thru and I asked for whipped cream on top. There was no one ahead of me. I drive right up to the window and I'm waiting a really long time. Finally I get handed my latte and it's hot not iced. Unbelievable!!! Also not even worth the 5 dollars and change. Not going there no more.

Like every other Dunkin anywhere, there is NO consistency! I always order the same thing and its almost always different tasting. It's sad that people are getting paid to do a job and just don't care to do it correctly. That makes it bad for the handful who do get it right.

The night shift employees have no people skills. They need to brush up on their customer service. When taking your order, they sound very uninterested. If your order is not correct, despite specifying when having ordered originally, they don't care to fix the mistake and insist that the order is correct.

I have been going to this Dunkin for quite some time however it's definitely not great. Ever since they opened the Dunkin on green street I've pretty much stopped coming to this location altogether. I just went today through the drive thru and the staff is so standoffish and rude. Never said you're welcome/thank you/have a good day. It's the little things to be honest and they're just not nice over there. I recommend driving a little bit further and going to the Green Street in Iselin.

They are okay, but as you can see they have given up on the decorating. Donuts are mostly dry. But the matcha latte is the best!
Burnt food and bad attitude is what you get served here! This isn’t my first bad experience in this location. I had just to write this review today because the attitude served is unacceptable. So, I placed an order via their app which had an offer. When we checked for the offer item, there was none. When we said we had an offer via the app which was btw valid until 11/29 and today is 11/25, the employee said there is NO offer. When I told that was not right, she insisted there was No such offer(no intention of helping to figure things out). I said I will have to make a complain then and to that she said - “ Go make a complain where you have to”!! “ WOW! Great customer service ??

I've only been here once but was happy with the service and the quality of the items I bought. It was a holiday weekend and the drive thru line was very, very long but it moved pretty fast. Despite how busy they were my order was correct and the staff was friendly. I'm not a big Dunkin fan but this one was good. Coffee and bagels were fresh and decent.

I wanted to cancel the order, but the didn’t cancel my order!!!I wanna have a donuts instead of drinks, but there was no donuts((((App is not working so good, because if you don’t have an item it should tell you before you pay for it!
