The meal was excellent when we ordered lunch at Woodbridge Mall 2 months ago. The waiter was very nice and friendly to us. It’s a little pricey buy it’s worth it.

The hamburger was OLD & the meat taste Sour like it was spoil. THE HAMBURGER Buns were hard & stale, the meat was cold... I had ordered chicken nuggets for my granddaughter..they gave her big old hard chicken tenders. I DEFINITELY WILL Never go there again..what a waste of money..??? l do not recommend nothing from this place. It was TERRIBLE.

Prior to covid this place was good: Exceptional service, clean atmosphere and bathroom, food was hot. Went there today (actually had 2nd thought of going) regretfully it was not the same..omg. Food was horrible and fries were cold (hope it was not leftover), burger buns were stale Bathroom was filthy, restaurant was filthy, workers looked disheveled. Will not be coming back.

Located in Woodbridge Mall, this is no frills. Salty chicken, chili and cheese fries - you're not going here to eat bland or be health conscious. The milkshakes are good. Pleasant service. QR codes for the virtual jukebox don't really sync up, but otherwise, a nice place for a meal.

I always go to Woodbridge Mall and noticed over the past 2 years that they were closed down, due to failing health inspections. Today they were re-opened, and I learned why they were closed for so long. From the moment I sat down, the seats looked dirty and unkempt. People were barely in the restaurant, and there was low staff. I go to wash my hands in the bathroom, and the room smelled HORRIBLE. Toilets seats tarped up with black garbage bags, lack of soap, floors looking dirty. My friend compared the smell to that of a crime scene.When I asked our waiter if there was soap, he told me to use the sink that the workers used. I go to use their soap dispenser, and it was covered in dust and cobwebs. It definitely hadn't been cleaned in years.When we finally got the food, I ordered cheese fries, a burger and a hot dog. I gagged on the burger and almost threw up. I could only take two bites. Before the hot dog came out, the waiter warned me that it may not have been cooker properly, and that he'd be willing to remake it if I'd like. It came out and the frank was chopped in halves and put on a bun. I ended up not eating it, and the waiter agreed that it didn't look appetizing. Not to mention the cook that made it had a beanie on and his beard was not covered over the food he was making. The fries were okay. Even though I barely ate, my stomach hurt very badly.I think that the place needs to be deep cleaned, along with an upgrade in staff. I probably will never visit this location again. Thank you to our waiter (Sheon) for trying your best to accommodate us.

When I went to wash my hands there's no soap in the bathroom I had to use I had to use the kitchen's soap to wash my hands my best friend ordered the hot dog and it didn't look right and it was split in half and it was not cooked properly the waiter say to my best friend my best friend went to use to ketchup there was no ketchup in the bottle so the waiter went to go get another bottle and refilled it right in front of us

Great place. I had the chili it was decent. Cheese fries ,very good. My kids liked the fries and the chicken tenders and even the hot dog. Wife liked her grilled cheese. And for the price..Can't beat it at all.
Excellent food and service. Unfortunately they were empty and I hope they stay in business as most of the Johnny Rockets I know of have closed. Keep up the good work!

I usually loved Johnny Rockets - go especially for their Milk Shakes - ordered - got food 25 minutes later no milkshakes "they are backed up". Manager wouldn't even talk to me gave me eye roll and turned her back. Company has lost a loyal customer.

Delightful decor with checker board designs, red counter stools and complete 50s style ambiance...right down to the employee uniforms. Burgers and freshly grilled, fries are prepared golden and crispy and beverages are always ice cold. Managers are always on-hand, engaged in customer service and empowered to make on-the-spot decisions to ensure customer satisfaction. You and your kids will love it here!

not a good place. highly wouldn’t recommend. went there today, they used shredded cheese on our disco fries and it wasn’t even melted !!! waited 10 mins just to be seated and waited another 40 mins to be served - the cheese steak was over cooked and black. the cook had head phones in the entire time !! took about 20 mins just to get drinks. they need new staff. ?
