For their dairy free pizza offering alone - I give them five stars But their spinach strawberry Zandra salad is awesome too ! Update August 2023-I DO NOT plan on returning. Why? Simple.I haven't been here in a while and it's just riding the wave of insanity of downtown. Expensive . How are you charging nearly $4 for a slice of good (not great) pizza? It's not even specialty pizza, simple one topping.On top of that, as if they aren't taking advantage of the situation, they also charge customers more for paying with a card. This is no longer your local pizza place, this is a company taking advantage of customers or maybe who made some bad decisions and extending themselves too far. Very disappointed because I liked this place. Just because a fancy apartment building has gone up and caused massive congestion area does not give you the right to charge insane New York City prices. GoodbyeAugust 2022-I like what this place has become. I never went to the old location, but this place is nice with tasty food. Service is quick and they always have staff at the front to help - and they can get quite busy.

The glory days of the previous 5 star service (former location hosted the gentleman owner and a younger superb front desk) have long been gone. I moved out of the area some years back, and when in town, I visited, but my past 3 visits were less than pleasurable. I can say adding the word "honey" to a rude delivery of front desk service is not service, it's subpar on any level. Last visit, the front desk was rushing the two previous guest before me, and they were notably frustrated. The woman would say "baby" and "honey" to soften up her snappy attitude. That is local dive bar service and sad to experience it here.. Today I came in for my usual order and the young lady picks up the phone while I'm ordering, completed another order (takes credit card info and all) then return to me and ask me if I would like a drink. Yes, please pour me a tall glass of manners and proper ettiquite. I waited 3 visits to consider this review, but after watching a guest come in, wait ( no one attended her) she then asked if she should be waiting or if she should seat herself. The front desk woman said, "Yes, sit yourself, but if you want a slice order here,"" This was alongside the large sign that states."Please wait to be seated." It's a shame what the CS or lack thereof has made this place feel like. While I know it's not all, I'd suggest those ladies in front be placed where they can better deliver/execute some other task because the front desk isn't it. Let me note, I've seen management of places respond to Google reviews. However, Google isn't the prompt for this review, so no damage control attempts are needed here. Rather, work in-house and acquire some socially competent front desk personnel. Your current group ( I was there last Tuesday evening and this morning) is far from customer service savvy.

I hate this place, I mean it was always bad but it’s progressively getting worse. The pizza is awful, pasta too, and this is the cheese you get when you order a sub….the ends were hard and crusty the second I got the sub. Customer service is terrible, they all act like they know what they are doing but truth be told they’re horrible no matter what the situation is.

Ordered delivery. $6 curly fries and $13 chicken Parm.The fries were burned and tasted bitter , clearly fried in very old and rancid oil.The Parm sandwich chicken was also in the same boat and hardly any sauce.Very disappointed and very subpar food.

The menu is very well versed in just about anything you would want. It was pretty late for lunch. But relatively early for dinner. The waitress was really kind and attentive. The food came out pretty quickly. Everything tasted great! Will definitely become a regular!Vegetarian options: Veggie pizza, all the vegan options. Their food has SO much potential. My pasta with vodka sauce was amazing. However, they cannot seem to handle a busy night. We ordered takeout, and people were waiting an hour longer than the original 30-45 minutes they were told. When we did get our food, it was disappointing. We both got chicken parmigiana, and we both got chicken with burnt cheese on top. There was no sauce at all. We were using the sauce that we requested with our garlic knots to dip the sandwich into so it was edible. Definitely other pizzerias in the area that have great food!
